 Were do I began of the depths of how far this goes. I went a ride along. Was put to work that night. He by pass all DOT protocalls, as I was never DOT drug tested and after the fact a application was filled out. Which was a week  and half later when I got home.
 
I ran above and beyond what the DOT regs allowed as did my former boss. At first he was all nicey nicey and would reinburst you for out of pocket expenses.  Work with you for time off . Make promises that I don't think he would of kept in the end.  As I was starting to see through all the smoke he tried to blow. 

 He micro manages when it comes to fueling. You were expected to text him to get a EFS number to pay for the fuel. I sat for over a hour waiting on getting the aproval after I fueled. I couldn't leave the fuel stop because that would be consisder a drive off. Their was so much time wasted in this method of madness it got old real quick. Another time I tried getting a hold of hime after 7 am he didn't get back to me till after 930 I was 25 miles out of town , when I had to turn around to fuel. PUt me 50 miles out of route. Time wasted was well over 3 plus hours after was said and done with. 

 A driver confronted him on this time waiting to fuel by this method. Scott to prove a point made the driver sit for 2 hours or so befor he sent the EFS auth number. Block the fuel island /pumps for two hours because their was no were to park.  Also if you didn't follow by letter of Scott's law of direction he through a temper tantrum that I swear was worse than a women at times. He was moody. Example I got back with a load. I than informed the other driver that took it to the unloading place. Which beyond my control and  that driver was impatient.
 
That driver did not want to waite. I worked most of night and morning with little sleep  I was very tired. Scott gets back hour and half later with a empty trailer. Comes knocking on the door of the RV with major atitude asking me/ more like a deep tone of accusing me if it was my idea for that driver to leave with the load.  Than had me ride up to Miles City, MT from Broadus, MT in the pick up with him having this so called discusion on communication which is another point of a joke with this company. 

 So we get to Miles City. So Scott had a Owner OP who was a friend of his swap his trailer with our trailer and had me drive the semi back to Broadus. The driver who took off to unload road back in the pick up with Scott. The owner op took our trailer to unload. This was a cluster of a oximoron if I seen one. What a waste in time , fuel and my lack of sleep. 

 Scott talk with this driver when we got to Miles City. than that driver expected me to cover for him. When we were in Broadus before all this transpired. Scott wouldn't answere the phone. But only text. Never once said to waite. His response to that driver wanting to leave was WTF.  Like that really says alot in what to do or not to do. Also he left this village who lost thier idiot in charge to basically run things for a week . No word to anyone that this was to be.

I heard it through another driver who finally got a "Text" message that Stever the village Idiot was incharge. Who is in fact a french fry short of a happy meal.  That same week Scott knewing I had to go home for family stuff. That same week, with the cluster issues of communication had me when I got to wheatland to park the truck, do not load or fueled by drive in my car to Greeley to give him paper work. 
 
Since the communication was so broken, Steve thought it was our trip sheets ect that needed to be turn in.  It was pose to be all the BOL's of the loads delivered.  This was on Scott and Steve with the break down in communication. As well as my time wasted. That happen on a Wednesday. Well I had to be home Friday morning to make it to what I needed to get done. I had lost a trip on Thursday and half one on Friday morning. 

The person left in charge, Steve ran a piece of equipment into the ground that Scott told him to take to the shop to get fix. Well I was pose to come back to work that weekend, Well since the main truck with blower was down and left in Norh Dakota. That driver Steve whom done that had other driver pick him up. So all driver's sat around doing nothing. Stever the idiot try telling Scott I just left with out notice when Scott knew I had to be home. I wasn't around when all the drama with the truck breaking down that weekend. Also Steve try blaming another driver for leaving and driving the truck into the ground.

I was off another week. That was lost money from no work.  Scott when back home after that week, gave me and another driver insturctions to follow. Which never happen. That resulted in over 600 plus dollars in lost wages alone for me.  More for the other driver.  We had to text to fuel. Scott never bothered to call or text back on what was going on. Scott shows up late Wednesday night. Whom never responed to the text I sent earlier that day.

Back when I started with Scott, - had me hook up his pick up and RV to meet in a point to swap vehicles. The pigtail were it locks into the outlet was missing. So you couldn't properly secure this. Scott never metion that it was defective.  It came lose when It was in transport and dragged. So it damaged the pigtail it self.  When I met up with scott. I explain  What happen and felt bad about it . I said I would pay for it. Scott replied don't worry about it. So that tells me I wouldn't be responsible for it. We even had lunch after we swapped vehicles and he paid for lunch. Nothing was said after that.

Also I spent money for anti freeze for a truck that another driver didn't follow insturctions on and do to the equipment being so junky had to get a lock smith to open up the door to get into the truck. The key wouldn't open the lock on the door. The locks on the door were messed up.

I turn in the receipts was usually paid that day in cash but I never was.  When I resign. Scott was a jerk in that my last check was never direct deposited, but mailed. When I got my check. He with held 250.00 for that pigtail which was not worth that much on his RV which was defective to begin with.

I had about 3 checks inbetween the time of the pigtail issues and my final check. So If I was going to be held resposible should of been with held sooner. I spoke with labor and wage dept. About the issues. Scott had no right with holding the money from my check for this.

So I filed a claim through the wage and labor agency. Scott has iqnored all notices sent. So they are going to make a descion. Which will be in my favor. Scott will be required to pay me. Or face legal fees, fines and what he owes me.  And any other legal stuff that comes from this.

I don't know what he is thinking that this would just go away. He has no business sence to run a business.  He alos promise me that if I stayed after my 90 days of employment he would send my daughters and me to disney world. After seeing all what happen I highly doudt that would of happen. I can see why driver's don't stay.

Scott and Steve broke into another co workers trailer, stoled 500 in cash,  this guys food and generator.  Also acused that driver who was to work that day in damageing his tires on the semi which was a lie. Had the nerve to call the Sheriff on the tires and blame the coworker he stoled from.

Scott pose to provide housing, well if he got tired of you or whatever he would kick you out. Than you went to stay with the other driver in his rv. I wouldn't recommend my enemies working for this guy. He will lie, cheat and backstab you in the end. The trucks are crap and unsafe to drive.

Scott will be facing legal issues with the State of Wyoming, Montana and after DOT gets a complaint filed from them as well.  I  got sick of this drama, lack of the joke of communication and the back stabbing that went on.  Next to how he will rip you off from the work you perform for him and any money spent on trucks from your own pocket.
