A free 14 day trial that was supposed to be $2.95 for shipping and handling has cost me over $200. Money that I do not have. I am on limited funds and currently have a lot of doctor bills due to a disability. When I called the customer service department the "supervisor" talked to me like I was beneath her, she had no empathy. No willingness to help. A kind of know it all attitude.
