LA Fitness - Pro Results Rip Off Need Advice!! Garden Grove California

At the end of July 2007 I signed up for 4 personal training sessions per month for 6 months. I have been seeing a "trainer" regularly since starting the program. I haven't missed a single appointment and thankfully my "trainer" hasn't either. So what happened to me yesterday (10/2/2007) came as a complete surprise. I went to the gym thinking I would have my regularly scheduled training session. I arrived, immediately did my warm up, and went to the trainer station looking for my "trainer". I didn't see him there so I asked another "trainer" if he was around. She then told me that she hadn't seen him that day. So I thought that was odd, but said thanks and went about my workout. I thought I might have gotten confused about the day I was supposed to meet with him. No big deal, I will just reschedule the next day...or so I thought. As I was working out one of the other "trainers" asked me if I was looking for Trainer X, to which I replied yes. He then told me Trainer X had been moved to another gym, so I asked who would be taking over Trainer X's clients, he said he didn't know and told me the name of the Pro Results Manager and to contact him. So I continued with my workout and when I was finished I asked the nice "trainer" once again who I should ask to speak too...he then gave me the gentlemens name and proceeded to tell me the following:

Trainer X was not a certified trainer he is a sales rep.

I was shocked. I have been coming to the gym for "training" sessions for 2 months now. Working with the same guy and all this time he isn't a "certified trainer". So now my journey to get this straightened out has begun. I have contacted the Pro-Results manager twice today with no luck. I have tried locating Corporate information on their website with no luck. I need help so I am here to see if there is anyone out there that can point me in the right direction. I would think that having someone who isn't a "certified personal trainer" working with people is a huge liability.

If there is anyone out there with any advice I would greatly appreciate it!
