LA Fitnness Pro Results Management after 6 moths of training with x trainer the manager decides to change my trainer without notification Downey California

December 29,2008 was the last time I trained with him after 6 moths of consecutive training twice a week.I was supposed to train with him again the next day but it didn't happen the reasons unknown! I was surprised that he was not there and to top it all I was already schedulle with a different trainer that I had never seen there before. Of course I didnt train that day I cancelled my appoitment for that day until I had the opportunity to speak to their manager.

On january 5, 2009 I finally got the opportunity to sit down and ask what was going on because my trainer was no longer in the schedulle and I did not receive any notice. The manager was very rude, and the only thing she made clear is that the only thing that matters to her was her own benefit not her cliet 's needs my ex trainer had been fired. According to her she couldnt give me the reason for it, because it was unproffessional to release that information, but yet it wasnt unproffessional for her to tell me a lot of things that had happened before with him the reasons of all the warnings he had and that he wasnt a good person.

I am a manager and I know that what she did was the most unproffessional way of handling this type of situation.But there not only shes not ready for that position the GM of that location is also the wrong employee. Now Im stuck with another 6 months contract that if I cancel i have to pay 50% of the remaining balance wich is a lot , and train with someone new.
