I had done a few small projects for Michael in terms of implementation and had nothing but issues. 

I've just filed a DMCA complaint against him for, what I think is clearly evident. I have also in the last 24 hours contacted companies who I have previously worked with and Mike has worked with - all of which have one response: "he bailed on us over a year ago after we paid him and cannot get a hold of him anymore".

Ryan Knol is facing several charges for posting PORN, the Chilliwack RCMP detachment have been contacted

RYAN KNOL OF www.web-mountain.com  is now facing several charges for corporate sabotage for placing offence and degrading porn. He has not ony hack into LA Graphix client's website for ducharmelogistics.com but had posted male anal porn to client's corporate website. The RCMP have been contacted by client and LA Graphix. Ryan Knol of Chilliwack, B.C. has been charged with posting pornography to client's website and corporate sabotage. The RCMP will be visitng Ryan Knol from
www.web-mountain.com very soon!. The host for the client's website GoDaddy has also made note of hacking and posting of offensive hard core porn to client's site.

Not only has the client pressed charges, but the company LA Graphix is also charging Ryan Knol with corporate sabotage and will be pressing charges to the fullest extent of the law. ANYONE  who has been dealing with www.web-mountain.com and Ryan Knol should note, he is under investigation and will be charged by client and web developement company.

Stay away from this Satanic Demented a*****e! beware. He is facing several charges and will be eventually in court of law in Chilliwack, B.C. Canada. How do you feel about this hacker posting anal openngs of males to corporate customers websites?

About a month ago, my company posted a job position for a programmer, a Ryan Konl fromweb-mountain.com had applied for the position, he entered a contract knowing the deadline.
As we are in a time sensitive industry where client's deadlines have to be met, we abide byour commitment and obligation to adhere to the contract terms, including deadlines and completed work.
Ryan Konl, had 15 days to complete a project for our client,we had to hire another programmer tocomplete his unfinished work and meet the Sept 30th deadline launch for our clientwww.ducharmelogistics.com
Ryan Konl had no problem calling us for work, but when we had tried to contact him by phone,he claimed in an email, he had" lost his cell into the toilet bowl". We found this unlikely ashe is in business and would have a phone. 
He did not program the text content for www.ducharmelogistics.comgallery page and wasunable to program a slideshow as he stated he could when he applied.
He also did not know how to program a texting.php file for the iPhone text feature on www.ducharmelogistics.com  contact page as you may have noticed.
Furthermore, Ryan Konl  had successfully hacked into my client's GoDaddy hosting accountand deleted my client's files, fortunately a representative was able to guide me through thesteps to save a $500.00 project we had to pay Brad, who was able to reset the passwordsand secure the site. 
This shows malicious  intent to sabotage my reputation of 12 years inthe community and online and destroy my client's website by, illegally cracking the passwordand hacking into my valued client's hosting account!!  How unprofessional!! I am appalled! at just behaviour coming from Ryan Konl  - who wanted work from us and promised to do a goodjob! we trusted him and his is how he resolves his incompetence and childish lies enoughto post his lie to your website?
We had a deadline to meet, and unfortunately for Ryan Konl , he abandon the project and leftus without notice as to his whereabouts? during a critical and important datethe launchdate with which the client had the right to expect as per contact.
Ryan Konl  had not contacted us for several days there after the launch date, with an excusethat he," took off into the woods"? with no respect or regard to our agreement to meet the deadline of Sept 30th and to complete a "working website" to specs. I had to choice but,to hire another programmer, Brad from Soft Solutions here in Lethbridge, to fix and repairthe site, most important launch the site, I was 3 days late, but the client understood thatRyan Konl  was responsible for not meeting the launch date! with a completed contracton his part. Brad my friend, was able to program the site in 3 days, what Ryan Konl  couldnot complete in 15 days, I have had nothing but excuses from Ryan when I asked what and why he didn't complete and launch the website, I would gladly paid him, had he met his contact obligations, HE DIDN'T and now has posted this lie to your website.

LA Graphix Web Development has been in business for 12 years with over 400 clientsserved, we can not afford to hire "so-called programmers" who can not respect  a client's deadline, as he had advertising promoting the new website and was scheduled

Ryan has posted defamatory and slanderous comments with regards to my companyand myself, "ripping him off".
We would of gladly paid him, had he adhere to the designs, completed the unfinished workwe had to hire another more professional programmer not only to finish Ryan's workbut to fix his mistakes.

I have over 50 testimonials from clients and sub contractors and we wouldn't be in business for 12 years if we "ripped off" contractors. Ryan has not taken responsibility forhis actions and I need to explain and tell you the truth!!!
I have a witness, a friend who runs his own web programmer business, Soft-Soultions Inc.here in Lethbridge, Alberta and he can attest to the mistakes and unfinished work Ryanfrom web-mountain.com who, falsely accuse me and my company of "ripping him off"

We appreciate your website and support your cause and efforts in your help to post "TRUE"comments, however, LA Graphix Web Development and Michael Gondurak are innocent of any accusations and false lies with regards to his recent posting to your website.
