I was charged an outrageous $230 for an amp that mistakenly was refused delivery for. They shipped it originally for 'free' but when they got it back they gave only a partial refund charging me for shipping both ways plus a restocking fee for receiving nothing . They were rude to me and never tried to help me. Repeatedly saying they'd call me back but never did.

$230 gone with nothing to show for it! A vile policy of a scumbag company if you ask me. All the 'sales' people there were rude, smug jerks too.
