La Palma Apartments Daily Thefts and apt management doesn't care Phoenix Arizona

Don't think of renting an apartment here! The mailboxes are broken into 3 to 4 times a week -cheques, mail, bills, packages are stolen AND NOBODY CARES!

Almost everytime I walk in the mail room to get my mail the mailbox panels have been pried open and mail has been stolen- from me, and from dozens of other renters. Nobody cares! Especially the La Palma management and the United States Postal Service. Management refuse to address the problem, there only concern is that the rent gets paid. The mailman/mailwoman who deliver to us don't care either. They can plainly see that the boxes have been broken into. All they do is shut the boxes back up and shove mail into them again so that it can get stolen again during the night. I thought that mailmen had to take action when they know that mail is being stolen. Why do they refuse to do anything? Me and my family have had bills stolen, Christmas cards stolen, packages stolen (the idiot mailman puts the locker key in the mailbox, the theifs take the key when they break into the mailboxes and then using the key they steal packages locked in the lockers.

We've lived in a lot of apartment complexes over the years and have never seen anything this bad. Avoid La Palma apartments at all costs!
