La Rosa Del Monte Ripoff with insurance policy Chicago Illinois

During august 2006 i send my furniture from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Waukegan ,Illinois. It took two months to arrive,(received october 23.2006) it arrived all damaged !!!

When i claimed for damages all they offer was $200.00 after making me send pictures and a refinishing estimate for whitch i also paid $90.00. Still 6 months later i have not received the lousy payment !!!!

They still are making me wait.They offer the worst and poorest service on moving companies, they do not answer the phones. The person in Puerto Rico who filled out the contract has never returned my calls and in Chicago Mrs.Monica Cabrera ran out of excuses, so i then called New York but no answers I am still waitting for someone to call me,write or make the cheapest check payment for damage ocurred during two month they had my furniture.

Durante Agosto 2006, envie una furnitura de San Juan,Puerto Rico a Waukegan, Illinois. Tomo dos meses en llegar, (se recibio el 23 de Octubre 2006) Llego arruinada, raspada , machucada y pelada. Se hizo una reclamacion y se me ofrecio $200.00, despues de averme solicitado fotos y un estimado de reparacion por el cual pague $90.00. Seis meses an transcurrido y aun no recibo el misero cheque.Aun me hacen esperar. ofrecen un servicio pesimo y de muy mala calidad. No contestan las llamadas. La persona que me hizo el contrato en Puerto Rico jamas contesto mi llamada y en Chicago la Sra, Monica Cabrera se le agotaron las escusas es cuando decido llamar a Nueva York. Aun me mantienen en espera. Espero que llamen, escriban o envien el peor pago por daos ocurrido durante los dos meses que se tomaron en traer mi mudanza y entregarla!!!
