LA Weight Loss Closed it's doors without notice & without information on refunds. Henderson Nevada

I paid for approximately 10 weeks worth of weight loss (which equals 68 weeks on the program). I still had somewhere between 2-6 weeks on the weight loss portion when I discovered I was pregnant. They put me 'on hold' until after I had the baby. Well...I was just getting ready to return to the program when I discovered that they have closed their doors without notice or without information on refunds. They owe me approximately 60-64 weeks of program fees. I don't know the exact amount because, of course, they have my records, and it's been a year or so since the last time I was there. The phone number on their door is answered by voicemail telling you to leave your name & number and someone will return your call.
