My daughter joined this program to lose weight. She was told the program would cost $750.00. She started the program, but had not lost any weight. They talked to her about their "bars" and she told them maybe she would try them. She told them to cancel the bars, but the next thing we knew, the bill was inflated to $3437.54. This is completely bogus.

In less than one year, there are credit collection companies now calling me and my daughter saying we owe this amount. She began to work with a company who told her the charges would be taken off, but it appears they account has since been sold to another collection agency and is showing on the credit report as a charge off. How do you get these predatory people to stop calling and threatening you?

Is anyone else having this problem? How do you stop the creditiors and the negative listing on your credit report?
