LA Weightloss Center Closed and I was suppossed to use LA on the Go Clarksville Tennessee

I have been a client for 2 years. The center closed October 24, 2008 and I was given a phone number, e mail address and a fax number. waited the 1 week after center closed to contact the e mail it didn't work called phone number was told that someone would contact me. waited another week and was finally contacted by a counselor.

I have been sending in my weekly weight on Thursdays. Yesterday I sent in my information around 7:45 am. Last night I was e mailed by the counselor that she had not recieved my weekly e mail then she told me her e mail address had been changed she has threatened to take me out of the program because of this.

Tried calling this morning mail box was full and not accepting any more messages.

I have asked for refund and was told they didn't give any refunds. Now I am stuck with 2 cases of the bars.
From what I have been reading the other reports I can see that at least I haven't lost as much as most people but no one enjoys being ripped off.
