i ordered a trail product from labgenix  cosmetics
first i never received the product  second when i found out they charged me 79.95 i contacted them, they told me they had a tracking number from the USPS that it was delivered.i went to my pastel offices and let them know i had not received this item but i was charged for it  .the told me they investigate.
i was all day on the phone tiring to contact labgenix at i 855 522 43649 they have there phone lines pick up and tell you there are busy to leave a number  i did 20 times i never received a phone call  back
then they only wanted to give me half of the amount back for something i never even have received ??? while im writing this im am still on hold with the phone number above.
i now contacted my credit card company for a  Fraud charge and hope i get this off my card do not respond to there adds you be very sorry  they all should be taken off the internet or investigated for fraud for sure... because if they send out products with out having a signature to prove the item got to the customer ,its cheap from the company plus they get to rip you off for only wanting to refund you half of what you not have in the first place.  im disgusted and upset i will never in my life use adds like this again beware.
