Laboratory Tops ,Inc Worst employer to work for Taylor Texas

I used to work for this company way back into the late 90's. They have discharged me due to the fact they said my work performance was not good. I would get up everyday early in the morning. I would arrive at 5 am til 3:30 pm every day. I would vunlunteer for saturdays to work. However, the supervisors and managers were difficult to work with.

They would cater more to the illegal hispanics than they did American People who live here in USA. The managers would lie to the workers telling them the full bonus would be distributed evenly. However, the bonus program was manipulated. Some got 50 bux, others got 120, and the rest scattered from the previous quote. The vp told everyone that everyone would get 500 bux each. somehow he lied to everyone. That is the toil and sweat wasted. And sexual harrassment, the company is full this behavior. They would pick favorites amongst the workers.

For example, One of the illegals from Mexico pulled a knife on me, I reported it to the higher up. they did nothing about it. I am a handicap individual. I have worked for this company little over 7 years. I have seen crooked things happen there. One of the workers would tell the supervisor that she was not feeling good. the supervisor told her to go back to work. that there was nothing wrong with her. She walked out to the floor and collapsed. This was in the summer time.

Then the office employees would trade explicit emails in the office space. These emails contained pornography beyond comprehension. I have suffered emotional trauma plus, health distress. After being discharged, I threw up every night after the employment with this company. They have instituted a point system that was totally harsh. I felt like this needed to be taken from inside out. its not fair to the people who have sickness and diabetes. Not to mention that David Vercolen would discriminate against certain workers in the Plant. They would hold meetings and fire the less defensive workers not knowing the wrongdoing that is going on.

Kenton Toomy would Stand up and lie to the group of employees. Charles Heinzelman would stand up like a president to tell the group of workers that the company is headed in the right direction. This company has been bought out seceral times. The repeated times that these people have said that Laboratory Tops bought out companies, that was a lie. Other companies bought out Labtops due to lack of prudency in management. Other companies, before you buy out laboratory Tops, look elsewhere. This is enron ready to happen.

The bosses described aboved are the most greedy people to work for. Never trust what they say to you. its all politics. They will tell you one thing, and do another. Never believe what comes out of the Management's mouth.
