labradorretrieverstudservice.com also known as Thunder Labradors Richard L Spike Falsely Advertises Health Certificates - as of 1/21/15 could not support claims Edgerton Wisconsin

I was interested in using 2 of his studs.  Richard Spike claims on his website http://www.labradorretrieverstudservice.com/ "Hip, Eye, Elbow, Heart, EIC and CNM Certificates on all Thunder Labrador studs."  I asked specifically on email if his stud was clear for EIC and he said he was clear.  I asked for proof as I've run into many people in the breeding world with false claims - overall the breeding world as it is now is very very shady at best.  He gave me an LR# for the EIC test that would prove his claim:  LR-EIC443/82F-VPI.  When I compared to Guide's listed pedigree, I don't see where the test subject is related to the stud dog.  Then when I brought this to his attention he said that his website clearly states "clear by parentage" but no where do I see those words and i'm yet to see any proof of this claim "clear by parentage".  I have kept all evidence including printing out his website pages.   

Enough irresponsible breeders already!!!
