As an owner/operator, signing a lease agreement with a licensed motor carrier is like joining a sports team. You expect to receive guidance and support while offering your services as a team member in order to better perform overall for everyone involved.

But when I signed on with "Lacy Trucking Company" I soon realized that I had made a huge mistake in trusting William & Lisa Lacy...

I was led to believe they were GOD fearing Christians incapable of lies and deceitful actions. I quickly became very concerned with how I was going to survive, none the less pay for my equipment.

To this day, I' am still paying interest on a credit card for more than $7,000 dollars worth of fuel that I had purchased to operate my equipment. I waited more than 90-days for "Lacy Trucking Company to reimburse me, not just for expenses but for services rendered.

Instead of "Lacy Trucking Company" realizing their many book-keeping mistakes that were sent in the form of hand written notes and facing up to their hypocritical actions of lying and cheating, they are trying to fraudulently charge me for insurance, for which I was paying for myself, along with charging me for fraudulent checks I never received, along with book-keeping charges.

In January 2009, William & Lisa Lacy sent me a personal check for less than $5000 dollars to justify their actions and to compensate my earnings...I have refused their unfair offer, acquired a lawyer and are pursuing a law-suit to acquire what I have fairly earned.

I believe "Lacy Trucking Company" owes me more than $13,000 dollars and interest still yet accrues toward my credit card bill for more than $7000 dollars worth of fuel that was purchased while leased to this despicable company.

William Lacy's father, (Hershel Lacy) whom so happens to be William Lacy's private attorney, has yet to admit any wrong doing and it looks as though I may never get what I have coming to me, without justice from a judge.

I ask that if you can help me or know of anyone that can help me to acquire fair and due compensation, please do not hesitate to contact me. I also would like to strongly suggest that anyone considering doing any type of business with these people, BEWARE!

It is hard enough trying to make a living as a truck driver these days, never the less, your own company trying to screw you out of money you have worked so hard for, before you even get it...
