Ladco Leasing - USA Card Services - GlobalTech Leasing lies on 4 year lease, no promised website, no customer support Ripoff Thousand Oaks California

I was contacted in June for this and thought it would be a good idea since I was planning on getting my company going again. I talked to Chris at USA Card Services who explained to me the charges would be $140 a month for 48 months but I could cancel at anytime even though the lease said non-cancellable.

Well I signed up but ended up calling the next day and telling Chris I was cancelling due to the amount being too high. All was good at that point, then the following day I got a call from him that they were able to get the amount down quite a bit to $74.99 a month.

I repeatedly asked him if this was the only amount I would pay and he swore that yes it was and again I could cancel at anytime. So I decided to sign up thinking it would be a good idea. They were going to build my website, give me a list of dropshippers if I needed and many other things and that was what the $74.99 a month was for.

Well my checking account has already been charged way over that amount and it's only been a month. They have had no transactions from me, I have no website since after signing the lease the real info was given to me. All they did was do a background for a website, everything else was up to me.

Well, I am unable to get a sales tax id number for my state since I had one in the past and never sold anything and they still claim I owe money. So I called USA Card Services on Thursday and spoke with John Brujay and explained everything to him and he, in as nice as way as possible, told me I was lieing.

I proceeded to call GlobalTech leasing(not knowing at the time that they sold my lease) and told them the situation and they also got nasty with me. They informed me they had me on tape agreeing but when I asked to listen to this tape, they couldn't produce it. Well I have now filed a complaint with the BBB, the FTC, the attorney general in the state of Indiana and I'm not done yet.

Now on Sat, I get something from Ladco stating they now own my lease and the postmark is July 6. That's kinda funny. I don't even understand half of what the lease says but after doing some research online, it all sounds alittle like the Leasecomm deal and the FTC took them to court.

I am in the process of trying to get someone to take a class action lawsuit. If anyone is interested in this, please send me your info by using the rebuttal box below. Also, call the FTC and file a complaint. This is the first step. I've sent letters out to everyone telling them to longer take the money out of me personal checking account and will actually close that account. The lease says the money will be taken out of a business checking account.

I just feel like no one has held up their end of the bargain and I was lied to on the amount, the fact that I could cancel at anytime and many other things. Lets put these people out of business, they shouldn't be able to keep getting away with this.

It is fraud when they lie and I don't plan on them getting anymore money. Plus if you signed your papers in another state as them, they have to bring your suit to the state you live in. That's one thing that Leasecomm got in trouble for. Spread the word and contact me and lets get something done now.
