On July 30, 2012 a representative came to my door and offered a 12 month contract at ladies premier fitness. I was told that after the 12 months my contract would change into a month to month subscription which I could cancle with a 30 day notice. I signed the contract believing these were the terms, however the representative wrote 36 months on the contract instead. I went to the gym for 3 months before I got fed up with my kids getting sick every time I dropped  them off at the daycare.

in march 2013 I called national fitness to find out if I could cancle my contract and pay a fee, but I was told that I would have to wait until my contract ended August 2015. I explained to the representative that my contract was supposed to end August 2012 not 2015, but they told me that I signed the contract for 36 months and there is nothing they could do adjust my contract. I asked what my options were and was still amazed that I would need a doctors note explaining why I can not use the gym facilities, or I needed to move 25 miles a way from a gym.

I have tried numerous times calling national fitness, the local gym, and customer support to find out who to talk to that can fix my contract, but everyone first tells me they can not help me, or they send me in circles calling three different facilities back. When I call the corporate office my call goes straight to voicemail. It has been three weeks since I left a message at the corporate office and they have not responded. I left a complaint on Bbb.com and someone responded telling me that I signed the contract and they will not break it Despite the fact that I'm telling them that the representative fraudulenty wrote different terms than what she was saying I would sign up for.

Today I talked to a gym manager who told me to write a letter in my own writing explaining my situation and why I can not keep Contract. I am willing to write a letter, however this is not about why I can't keep a contract. I'm disputing this in the first place because I was lied to, and I can't just cancle my contract with unless I pay for the remainder of a term I did not want to sign up for. I honestly don't know if writing a letter will do anything to help my situation since I have been through such a run around already. My only other option at this point is to contact a lawyer and search for help outside of ladies premier fitness.

This company has displayed the worst customer service that i have ever experienced. I believe that they are intentionally fishing for suckers and they have trained their employees to lie to the gym members when asked who can help in a serious issue such as contract issues Because they only want money. I am thoroughly disgusted with ladies premier fitness and I will NEVER refer anyone I know to this facility.
