I know it was such a rush to get this done and then the buyers buyer did not show up for settlement. We have to put the property back up on the market and will call you when we finally work out the details on my buyers end,for a reinspection. Again thank you so much for your efforts! The faxes: were made for the sale to John F.Riley & Colleen Riley of Phila. {BUT WHEN SALE DID NOT GO THROUGH BENSALEM TOWNSHIP USED ALL THE SAME PAPER WORK FOR A NEW BUYER} Alexander W.Johnstone Jr. of Buck County Pa. I'd like to know what the Federal Communication Commission feels about, faxes that cut out all legal channels.
