Laguna bay spas does NOT honor it's warrantys. Period. They transfer you to the service dept., where they have NO ability to make cust. happy, under warranty. Larry in service didn't do it (didn't want to)....Ray in warrantys didn't do it...(only does full warranties), sent me to Bill in service (Larry's underling) and he couldn't help, (he's an underling). Only one above them is the owner.....NO NAME.......UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
