Lake Dallas Police Chief And Detective Fraudulent Charges Discrimination And Predjudice Actions ripoff: False charges and physical & mental abuse Lake Dallas Texas

I was visiting at the house with my 2 daughters in the late afternoon of July 10,2005.It was a normal day almost until guys came in carloads at times and ages ranging from 16 to 28.I usually made them leave,which my oldest daughter resented and to some degree retaliated.My youngest was 13 and my oldest had just turned 15.If any action was taken it was usually being grounded which didnt help at all with the oldest.Lots of times I would let thier mom handle it since they didnt listen to me too well.

Well on this particular day things got out of hand and my 15 yr old started cussing me out in every word and sentence she knew.I told her that was it so i called her mom.Things really started to crumble then.I kept my cool but to my surprise she started hitting me in the face with her fists just like she did to my youngest one morning before school while they were waiting for the bus.my glasses were on the floor so i picked them up and she tried to start again.I told her thats it...I'm going to make some phone calls and i started to check online for other numbers.That was a huge mistake!

She knew i was callin the Lake Dallas police and Denton Police.I was calling them because they would have access to numbers that would get her help.I also called other numbers hoping I would be given numbers that could give her help.At the time I only had a few and was looking further.I decided to call my brother and my mom picked up the phone.I told them what happened and she was going to try and find some numbers.While we were talking I heard sirens and they got close and I thought there was an accident or a fire.

What happened next is beyond belief and shocked me for several days!I was still on the phone when I noticed the sirens were very close and was even thinking of going outside and see where the fire or accident was.I figured its probably alright,they will take care of it so i keep talking to my mom when all of a sudden,a lady police officer approached me from behind.She said can i come out side for a minute and I asked her whats wrong.are my daughters ok.she said they were so I told her I'm on the phone and I'll be out there when I'm through.She yelled and demanded to me to go out there now and she started strutting around showing off.She all of a sudden got a really smart attitude toward me and I told her since my daughters are alright I'll be out there as soon as I was through on the phone.

My Mom had been listening to all this and after a very short time here comes the Police Chief and a detective.They said they want me out there now and to put the phone down.I said for what I havent done anything wrong.I asked them whats going on.They said put the phone down.So they looked at each other and started laughing and walked toward me and jumped me both at the same time knocking me on the bed twisting my arms behind me and putting their knees on my back while breaking the bed at the same time.they slapped the cuffs on me as tight as they could.Now i got upset and told them I'm bringing charges against them.I still didnt know what was going on.My mom was panicking.

After they walked me to the living room,the Chief did something I couldnt believe.They noticed a very small spot of blood on my outer nose where my glasses usually rest when you put them on.He acted like a child.all of a sudden he got this very strange childish look on his face and said"Whats that?"I said "Where?"and he said"Right there and he put the tip of his finger on my nose like he was wiping a blemish off and rubbed the very small spot of blood back and forth with his thumb and index finger.

Earlier before the bed crash incident I asked them whats going on and told them I havent done anything wrong.then they both looked at each other again and the Chief said"Oh,we'll think of something alright" and the detective replied"Ya we'll think of SOMETHIN!"While they were both laughing.I told them the cuffs were on too tight and they just laughed.

When they were putting me in the police cruiser one of them slammed the top of my head into the top of the car and said"Ohhhhhhhh now watch your head now" When I got to the jail my wrists were bleeding and twice their size.My hands were swollen just as bad.I asked several times for pictures to be taken and I was ignored.

Now here is something not too many people of that town know.I'll keep it short and simple as not to endanger the officials that stated this.Seven to nine said that they value the saftey of their families as well as their own because of that man.

I'm still going through pain and agony because of this guy and I need some real help.
