Untitled Lake Gaston Marina failure to pay overtime; demand let to trumped bogus felony charges Littleton North Carolina

I worked for a marina was paid overtime.
got a raise via a commiission check added to base pay.
company said both where commission after 3 2 week checks.
quit and sent two emails demanding pay....or I had other legal actions to persue against them.

someone else(another previous employee?) mailed out annonamous letters slamming company of fraud and supposedly illegal activities.

they tried to link that to me; got charged with felony extorsion took had a $5000 bond to get out of jail($750 cash)

charges dropped by judge prior to trial....not enough proof or lack of evidence.

told....might be connections that got the charges pressed in the first place....but no proof.

afraid to use companies or my name .... as more hyped up charges could arise.....

ANY IDEAS ANYONE.....legally speaking
