Lake highland landing housing projects forcing me indoors of my apartment unit at exactly 10pm with verbal threats of eviction or else attitudes!have me living in fear of coming out of my home at night after 10pm!fear of being evicted, or either shot, killed, jumped on, harrassed, pepper sprayed, maced, false allegations and documentations. dallas Texas

These same people who i have filed several internal and external complaints against still havent responded or apologized to me nor have they sent me my change from all the money i gave them for rent. i fell down there raggedy and tore up stairs, and have permnanently lost the use of my left hand. im receiving SSI/ Disability every month of only $640 after they take out for medical insurance, these people havent even responded to my personl injury lawyer? i gave my lawyer all of the information they needed including time dates, disability information, all doctors visits and documentation, naes offf all of my doctors, i had to visit over 4 different doctors and pain specialist, 2 different rehabs, i gave them tons of pictures and videos of the stairs and steps and tore up guard rails that have come completely a loose, several witnesses names who were there from my brothe Leo, my brother named dennis, my friends (peppy, peewee, percy , jack cookie, meko, my friend from shreveport younger brother, my friend girl ketha, and even my mama and childrens mom who actually took me to the hospital the next day. the witnesses who were in d ca with me when i stopped in the front office to get a report made out from  management and he refused to give me a copy. on top of that evicting me when he found out that i wrote them up with the better busness bureau, rip off.com, equal housing and the department of justice. my lawyer has a copy of all these records and we are waiting to go to trial if these people would hurry up and anwer us. ll of this stuff and much more will be herd in court and im gone make it my duty to tke the stand that day and let it all be heard!! im handicap for the rest ofmy life! all they had to do is fix the stairs and the rails and other stuff that i omplained to them about, but they refused. i even gave times and dates when the management threw me out f there office for asking for a legitimate rent receipt. and i pray to God that they show up in courtwithout any video survillance of me coming in their office! it wouldnt be a coincidence that they dont have absolutely NONE of the video footage matching my times and dates. these people have mistreated me, have violated me, discriminated against me, and wrongfully evicted me. i still have every receipt and every signature(times and dates of acceptance), where they actually acepted my rent late 4 days after it was due. ONLY 4 days? the jude i gonna want to know how did i come up with thi figure for late rent and why did they accet it if they knew it was so late? they will have alot of explaining to do. see what they thought is that i was just a regular guy? didnt know my background as a customer service rep who worked at a major phone company and knew the importance of documenting everything. didnt know i owned several businesses in d past including a restaurant. didnt know i worked for the CPS and taking notes everyday was my job so its instilled in me. didnt know i worked as a counselor in training at a juvenile detention center in louisiana and job was to document everything. didnt know i worked as a paralegal and spend countless of hours at the law library downtown and several bookstores in d city. and these people havent even sent me my change that was eft from the rent i paid them for the month of april?

 Blame the criminals and illegals that cause the problems not the Officers who are trying to protect you.  This area used to be very nice until all the criminals moved in.  Be grateful that you are being protected by these hard working POLICE because they do not have to be there!!!!!

MOVE!!!! I know this area well and it is a cesspool now.
