This Asst.D.A told me we had an open and shut case against the guy who broke my jaw in 3 places and nearly killed me in his rage.We told her that we needed to get the police report that showed he was uninjured as he would plead self defense. she refused.She showed no interest in the case. She would not talk to us. She was late for court. She had no opening statement. She did not prepare the witnesses for my side.She did not object when the council for the defense lied to the jury.

The judge on the case objected to lines of questioning when she didn't. she never did anything but sit there.Her closing statement was weak and ineffective. She did not do her job and did not care to do her job. Because of her he (a three time loser) is free to finish the job he started. And mine is not the only case she has handled this way. If she continues to handle these cases this way, I'm afraid someone will die.
