Purchased an Heartland Gateway brand new from LakeshoreRV 3 days later had major water leak. pipes was not connected inside . RV is currently still
sitting in a shop because they refuse to pay for neccessary time and warranty.
Was totally misrpresented about product from beginning supposed to be an 4 season polar pack it is not
Tried dealing with them. to which you get a pass off to another person, and not a call back
tried dealing with the manufacuture and because the comapny had not yet registered the 5thwheel rv got the the run around there tool
Very exhausting work trying to get any resolustion to date, i am going to make a payment on a product i cant use.
Lender offered to do a voluntary repossion.
