Lakewood Emissions aka Mr G Mr G Sells Lemons aka used cars atlanta, Georgia

A Replacement engine was put in the car without my awareness before i bought it. I was not told that a different engine was put in the car and that is was rigged to work for a few days n then it stopped working completely.

I bought a used 97 cutlass supreme from a gentleman at Mechanic shop who expressed that there is/was nothing wrong with car. I asked him if it had passed emissions he said it will when I come back with the check. I asked him to write out what is wrong with the car or  to tell what he had to fix on the car. so I can get it checked out by my own personal mechanic. He claimed nothing was wrong with the car. FYI: I had a heck of a time proving proof of ownership- in order to buy it. I
bought it in March. it has been sitting in two different mechanic shop yards. neither could/can get it to work. I was told by my personal mechanic that they've rigged the car illegally  somehow. in order to get it too work and that they only do this when the car has been stolen and they do not have a key or when they can not fig out what is wrong with the car and they are trying to make a quick buck. The guy I bought it from said the car was fine and that he was the mechanic that fixed/check it out and that the car was ok.

He has not offered to give me what I have put into it. I can get a invoice if needed, of what it has cost me to try and fix the car and what both mechanics have had to do to the car as of 8/6/12. The guy is selling cars off his employer property. I doubt they are aware of what he is doing. So far I may have spent close to 3,000 on a non running car. The car it self was 1,500 . smh. It was suppose to be a school car for my son. So far it is unsafe to drive or put on the road and he knew it. HELP
