Lakewood Regional Hospital Rude and uncaring employees Lakewood California

I had a very bad allergic reaction October where I had hives all over and I had passed out twice. Well about 11pm or so I went to Lakewood Regional emergency room with my mom.
First they were extremely rude to my mom and I while I was filling out the application. At this time I became really stressed out and began to cry. Then finally I sat in the waiting room for a good hour (there was only 2 people there). When I was put to a bed it took a long time to see the doctor.
During this time employees were vaccuming, nurses and other employees were talking loud, while I am there getting worse. My mom got really upset and called a nurse and the nurse said she would get the doctor.
Finally the doctor came but barely looked at me. She gave me some meds and told me to stay there. I also had a badly cut lip which was caused when I passed out.
The doc said I didn't need stiches but when I went to another doctor about the bump that developed on my lip she was suprised that they didn't stitch my cut up. I still have the bump on my lip!
Anyway, after another hour it seemed as though the employees and doctors forgot all about me...my mom had to grab someone and ask if we can just go home and finally they said yes. I could not believe the insensitivity the employees had to the patients and the poor mannerism!
