In 1990-1, before I complained to the Ohio State Medical Board about Dr. Timothy Nice's behaviors and fracture care, our office spent about 6 months of INTENSE efforts trying to speak with him - and his office was next door in the Hillcrest Medical Building, just down the hall. We tried through the Medical Staff Office and Hillcrest Administration also - both of whom were aware of Dr. Nice's tendencies to drop cases, do bad care, and blame the patient or other physicians.

Geauga Hospital took Dr. Nice off the active Medical Staff sometime before the end of 1990, and the administrator Mr. Frenchie told me that, while he couldn't DISCUSS what exactly happened, Dr. Nice would NEVER get back on the active orthopedic staff as the hospital couldn't afford him. Dr. Nice is arrogant, cruel, thinks himself always 'right' (like the Ohio State Medical Board), and will discuss NOTHING. And he left a pile of complaining patients at my office door; patients with 'anger management' and 'personality disorders' because of him. I'm not the only one mislabeled because of Dr. Nice. And I got EARFULLS of Dr. NICE that I had nothing to do with, one patient couldn't stop crying when his name was mentioned - which really bottled up the office appointments every time she came.

In January, 1991 I asked only that Dr. Nice send the 'records' that he had to Dr. Michael Keith, and sign off my case/care officially/professionally - no complaint, no nothing - just send the records and stop expecting referrals when I wasn't well. Dr. Nice thought this a joke. [And Mrs. Nice needs to know this too; you aren't very 'seductive' with untreated hypothyroidism and a swollen thyroid gland that no one in Ohio can feel because they can't do physical exams.] Even the Ohio Board saw me as I got worse with the thyroid problems, and no one SAW anything - ie Anita Steinbergh DO was always on the phone or in her 'own world.' Every meeting with Dr. Steinbergh all we ending up talking about was that I would have to refer to Dr. Nice to get my medical license back - that's always a MAIN POINT.

Dr. Nice expected 'special' referrals from me for some reason, for big surgeries and lots of money = referals that I didn't have to give him and I couldn't specially signal him out of the orthopedic staff at Hillcrest Hospital as it would only cause more trouble for me. Why did Dr. Nice think that he deserved more referals than any other orthopedic, when they all had different contracts with medical insurances and different abilities/training certifications for different types of fractures? That has NEVER been explained. Dr. Nice has a boundless ego = classic DSM narcissistic behavior, but no one gets to 'evaluate' him.

In November-December, 1991 -- both I, and my office manager, tried to speak to Dr. Nice, or reason with him, to let my case go to The Cleveland Clinic. For one thing, there were too many fractures in 9 months with no trauma. November 1991 - I asked that Dr. Nice refer my case, and stop thinking that things were 'simple' and that he could handle them - there was something 'else' going on and I had other symptoms - which I didn't elaborate as he was too crude. Dr. Nice laughed and made out that he deserved my care, and I only deserved what he wanted to do for me. Dr. Nice is paranoid that other orthpedics are 'stealing his patients' = classic paranoia.

November 1991, my office manager went to speak with Dr. Nice personally (Patty Israel), and she asked that he refer my case (2 minute phone call that his office staff dials) to the Cleveland Clinic and sign off -he gave her a prescription for Tylenol #3 for me. It was just total DENIAL that these fractures were not healing, not responding to 'simple' care, and that there were other symptoms and I was not 'well.' This is a denial that the State Medical Board of Ohio has had now for 16 years -they don't know when to quit, and this is killing me literally - 5 evaluations shouldn't be done to one person in 5 lifetimes let alone one - this isn't allowed to be done to TERRORISTS Senator Grendell.

Dr. Talmadge does not know how thyroid problems affect women's bones, metabolism and doesn't know the tests for thyroid inflammation - or they would have been ordered sometime in the last decade before Georgetown University Hospital had to do them. Just because you sit on the State Medical Board doesn't mean that you put the MD in abeyance or on the shelf. Members should be looking, in every case, to see that the physician-patient got the care that he/she needed - BEFORE medical licenses are suspended for making too much of NOTHING. Dr. Talmadge can't see anything beyond 'psychiatric' or his righteousness. He's a complete a*s regarding women's medical care and problems and a Board Certified OB-GYN?; of course the Board needed the blood work done before suspending my medical license for unexplained bone pains and poor fracture healing - unexplained pains over 2 years time. Even the psychiatrists got that ONE point - that's why the Medical Board won't accept Dr. Skodol's report, findings of fact, and assessment = Dr. Skodol saw what every Member of the Board missed = that I was the patient who didn't get care and I had a bone problem of undetermined etiology causing 'serious' fracturing.

For a year after I complained to the Medical Board, to try to GET DR. NICE TO THE DISCUSSION TABLE AS HE WASN'T GETTING THE POINT ANY OTHER 'NICE' WAY, my father told Dr. Nice to call the Mayo Clinic, send the records he had, and sit down and DISCUSS things with us. Per Dr. Suppes, Dr. Nice doesn't have to do this - so you have to complaint to try to get him to DISCUSS anything. Dr. Nice refused for a year - Dr. Nice only wants to hear what he wants to hear, he just wants to sit down on polo ponies or at parties in Gates Mills Hunt Club. And his definition of who he is, or his job description, at these parties is 'polo player.'

The reason for the complaint, besides the non-stop 'CATHOLIC GIRLS ARE EASY,' was that Dr. Nice had 'records' and was changing/re-typing and editing them daily, and putting them all over Hillcrest Hospital = everyone had a copy, of probably several versions, but me and the physicians trying to help me. Dr. Michael Keith didn't have a copy of the previous attempted care - and he couldn't stand up for this - just had to blame me.

Dr. Nice has some 'pathologies,' that The Medical Board of Ohio knows about and has known about - including Dr. Carla O'Day. Dr. Nice has complaints at the State Medical Board of Ohio other than mine, which no one is allowed to see except his 'friends' on the Board. Dr. Nice's over-reaction to my non-investigeable complaint was classic for someone who has other complaints in their file. Dr. O'Day, despite her problems with her ex-husband, keeps blaming ME for Dr. Nice's behaviors and bad care habits - and she was a classmate of mine in Medical School at CWRU. And it's NOT MY FAULT; Dr. Nice has been doing pretty much the same since orthopedic residency, and his care results haven't gotten that much better since he did me in. And Dr. O'Day needed to DISCUSS things with Dr. Heyman and I in 2004-5, and Dr. O'Day just filed 'phone harassment' to get back at me for reporting Dr. Nice and not DISCUSSING with him. Well it takes TWO to DISCUSS, TWO to get pregnant, and TWO to have a bad medical mistake.

Throughout 1990-2, myself, my family, my office staff, and I tried for months multiple times to get Dr. Nice to DISCUSS things and even AFTER the suspension of my medical license we tried - when I had no bargaining power and had to listen to Dr. Nice laughing behind his office door at me and our family. And I complained to the State Medical Board in 1991, and their only answer was to take my license in 1992 when the situation got worse - not to do anything in that years time and the records were needed for the consultants = bad administration. Because then the consultants had documentation that SOMEONE ELSE cared for the fractures, and that it wasn't all THEIR FAULT the mess that they were trying to salvage. And then the consultants would have assurance that Dr. Nice would stop calling them and trying to make out that 'he did great care.' Dr. Nice needed to sign off the case as he was bothering everyone trying to help me with his pretences.

Someone at the State Medical Board should have sat down with Dr. Nice, as my complaint was not investigated, and read him the professional behavior act; that Dr. Nice should be referring, taking patient histories, consulting, and sending medical records to consultants on written request - JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER PHYSICIAN IN OHIO. The problem is that Dr. Nice, per Dr. Talmadge, doesn't have to do anything that he DOESN'T FEEL LIKE, and you can't refer patients to that type of political physician as then they SUE YOU you for that REFERRAL ADVICE. Dr. Talmadge must be doing the same kind of abusive care to women patients, and he certainly has missed a lot of thyroid problems including mine.

Lance Talmadge MD is a chief allower of letting the 'boys be boys' in Ohio - anything goes when a woman-physician patient tries to get a cast on a fracture in Ohio. She'll have to order her own x-rays, diagnose herself, and order the cast materials/splint - then agree to be evaluated 6 times to cover up for the boy's fun and games.

Dr. Talmadge, and the other Members, need to come up with a professional 'code' of physician conduct; that comments about sexual performance, 'Catholic girls being easy,' 'understanding' male physicians, etc - not be allowed - at least after you've said 'NO' for months. Then blood work and medical/orthopedic care should be allowed before medical licenses are suspended for saying things that I never said about Mrs. Nice. Mrs. Nice got rid of her first husband, so that she could marry Dr. Nice, by having him declared 'crazy.' I shouldn't have to lose my life so that Mrs. Nice and her 'wandering eyes' husband can do whatever they want in Ohio - and 'No' I don't feel 'sorry' for her.

I shouldn't, and no woman physician in Ohio should, have to get 'mad,' 'angry,' disagree over months, etc with ADOLESCENT male behaviors that should have been over in high school - including Dr. Talmadge's behaviors and letter-writing. If DR. TALMADGE could DISCUSS things with me, the the other guys might try. It's not my psychiatric problem that I would NOT go into practice with Dr. Nice, lie about his orthopedic mistakes, 'understand him because his wife didn't' (he married for money), or sleep with him - that's the MEDICAL BOARD OF OHIO'S problem to stop. Dr. Keith talking about my interferring with his sex at night - also inappropriate and untrue - his problems with his wife and his 'performance' are not my doing or undoing. I wasn't responsible for every guy not getting 'it' at night - including all the orthopedics at University & Hillcrest Hospitals.

I shouldn't have to get angry or disagree to the point where things got so out of control that I got 'beaten' up in Dr. Michael Keith's office - that's not my anger problem.

So, the lesson learned here appears to be:

Never go to an orthopedist who:
1) Is short
2) Plays Polo
3) Drinks Beer
4) Has a sex life.
5) Is a male living in Ohio
6) Wears Cologne
7) Doesn't order blood work for broken bones

Friends - Don't make this mistake.

Dr. Talmadge, and Dr. Steinbergh, and the rest of the Medical Board Members, do not understand the concept of 'subclinical hypothyroidism' - that you can have a normal T4, and a rising TSH, and not be able to maintain bone mass, ovarian function, or weight and you are chronically tired. But that's a big joke for the women attorneys at The State Medical Board of Ohio, just like the Rorschach with no answers. Say in letters that you feel 'tired,' and they have days of laughter, jokes, and drinks on that line alone.

The Medical Board Members in Ohio - some of the most incompetent physicians, lawyers and lay persons in the State of Ohio - don't believe in blood work causing colleague disagreements, or allowing a woman CARE-TO-FUNCTION before taking her license for disagreeing about routine blood work and fracture care = standard care in any other state with no discussion. This mess would not have happened in ANY OTHER STATE. No other state does 'confidential' physician complaints from colleagues - colleagues who were fired for bad care, bad behavior and inability to do any medicine or orthopedics - from my office and other hospitals. Women MDs are trash, and have to have the disorder' or mental problem' that the men want them to have, not what is the reality. If we dare to speak fast, we are 'bipolar.' Women only have one problem in Ohio they are always crazy.'

I had no complete thyroid function tests until 2001, and no ob-gyn care from 1992-7 because of Dr Talmadge's and the other Board Member's statements and actions. National radar said that this was all a 'personality problemm,' even though that personality diagnosis in that report does not exist. You can get money for routine care, but most physicians in Ohio don't care = Dr. Talmadge. Translation: I was not deserving of a life, of children, of a family, medical care or the time of day in-between-drinks in Columbus.

The problem: I didn't deserve medical care if I didn't like Dr. Nice leaving my R wrist until it became EXCRESCENTly swollen, casting after 5 days, and then leaving the fracture to collapse while another orthopedic had to diagnose the carpal tunnel syndrome and remove his 5 day case just out of kindness Dr. Risius tried to save Dr. Nice's a*s as Dr. Nice was in church.' He didn't make an ER chart to save Dr. Nice's shred of Geauga Hospital reputation; that cast had eaten through the skin of the back of my hand - it was terrible - I had tried to endure Dr. Nice's bad casting techniques.

Then no one would care for me for 2 weeks, except to notice that I was trying to get a cast, and obsessed' supposedly with that need, as I couldn't work with an uncasted wrist fracture and was passing out in the hospital. No one else has to beg for a cast in Ohio, and no one did anything about my 'looking ill.' Dr. Robert Botti just signed the complaint that I was exaggerating' and we know some of the signers, and none of them knew what was going on, but they were promised things like appointments, money, etc. = signatures for hire. And the Medical Board knows this - why that complaint is still 'confidential' - to save the Board's a*s so-to-speak.

Everything lasted ONLY 5 days for Dr. Nice = he has a limited attention span and only practices his polo swing = what the Board knows and won't do anything about. He was out-of-practice applying casts when I knew him, and refused to use stockingette padding - even when I bought a whole box of it for him. It wasn't just a harp CD that I had to give his office - Dr. Nice got a free stethoscope as he was always sending patients without any vital signs (and he was too cheap to invest in one), he got cast padding and he got a harp CD. Let's discuss that for another 10 years. . .

As I found out later, Dr. Nice was removed from the active orthopedic staff at Geauga Hospital, prior to 1990, for the same kind of awful care and 'running away' when his patient's developed complications and blamed the hospital for having Dr. Nice on staff. Mr. Frenchie told me that Dr. Nice will NEVER get back on ACTIVE STAFF - and I didn't know that before I asked him for a temporary cast and a call to CCF for the Hand Surgeon there. Dr. Nice can't even do a referral phone call without talking about himself, his polo, and his wife that doesn't understand him - well no one understands Dr. Nice mostly except for the 15 or so that he can manipulate to sign a 'confidential' complaint against me.

Dr. Nice can't diagnose carpal tunnel, he doesn't use cast padding, and he doesn't check an x-ray after putting a cast on = he parties with boys in Gates Mills where he's known for being a 'polo player.' Up and down Mayfield - he's known at the party centers. After he put my cast on, he had to go to a party. Those medical offices I went to in April, 1992 - I was trying to get my medical records from Dr. Nice and get Dr. Keith to recognize that 'something else was wrong' by direct confrontation (as letters, phone calls, lawyers, and parents hadn't worked).

But Dr. Keith doesn't know any thyroid, he only knows orthopedics and not even that, so he has his office staff beat up on you as they don't understand, the office thought that my fist on the table was my 'trying to rebreak my wrist?' When you send Dr. Keith a patient, he can't write the prescriptions, or explain things, and the patient is calling the medical person continuously post-surgery to translate (me in one case). Dr. Keith is the academic absent-minded' professor type, and they know this at University Orthopedics, but won't put him back in the lab at Metro/University Orthopedics. He likes to do experimental' casts, that don't work. Another JOKE.

We promised Dr. Keith not to report/sue him, but asked that he do the workup and DISCUSS the whole mess with my father MD = he refused for an entire year before the suspension of my medical license (for his lies) = refused anyone trying to speak with him about my 'unanticipated' result. Neither Drs. Nice or Keith will refer, consult, send records or DISCUSS anything except beer rounds and their sex lives - no one else gets a sex life either.

Now I'm suggesting that Dr. Talmadge open the book on thyroid disorders in women and start reading at this late date. My missed diagnosis is not because of my childhood, my drinking, my dates in college, or my inability to get through to Drs. Nice, Keith, Suppes, O'Day, Lafferty, Steinbergh, Talmadge, etc - it's because of their inability to DISCUSS anything with a colleague and their stupidity about needing a TSH to diagnose thyroid problems BEFORE ANYONE SUSPENDS A MEDICAL LICENSE FOR A PHYSICIAN-PHYSICIAN FIGHT= fight about what a woman physician-patient is supposed to have and how she is supposed to behave, flirt and like Dr. Nice (= bald, paunchy, sloppy, short in stature and crude). TSH does not stand for totally stupid human - it is Thyroid Stimulating Hormone = a lab test for those lay persons & lawyers on the State Medical Board of Ohio = a lab test that should be done BEFORE 6 psychiatric evaluations for not 'going along' with the totally insane in Ohio. If you don't know what it is, you shouldn't be appointed by any Senate Health Committe rubber-stamp.

Carla O'Day spent a lot of her second year of medical school skipping classes and telling the class below her that she didn't have to go to Saturday classes - she spent them poolside with her syllabus, getting a tan and having drinks. That's why she doesn't know anything about subclinical hypothyroidism, or about anything except calling everything 'psychiatric' = the in thing for Democrats. Carla O'Day was a 'political' student; the kind of MD that Ohio appoints to the State Medical Board of Stupidity. I don't know what Dr. Talmadge did in the Army, but I feel sorry for his women patients - he hasn't got a clue. 16 years of my life and he hasn't got a clue about blood work. Beat me up again, but 7 evaluations of me won't make him one neuron smarter. That's the problem.

Lance Talmadge thinks that women physicians don't have a brain - just ovaries, uteruses and that they lubricate' well (like that question on my ob-gyn clerkship that I had to pose to every women patient) - that they don't deserve the academic ob-gyn 'endocrine' workup for bone pains and fractures - a situation where estradiol/FSH levels should be checked. Question is: what did Dr. Talmadge do for all the Army wives let them rot? Dr. Talmadge can't say any medical words when you meet with him in a Medical Board room. Dr. Talmadge, a Board Certified Ob-Gyn, just wants to do psychiatric' testing and evaluations without even producing the evidence, or verifying the complaint, not ever allowing the woman physician to defend herself against the guys = to be verified a complaint has to be public and disclosed has to be real' and not virtual,' has to be out-of-the-closet and outed. Unlike all the weird gender' problems of many licensed physicians in Ohio, I'm outed as normal' Catholic = needs the Board's help in Ohio.

There needs to be TRANSPARENCY at the State Medical Board of Ohio as to complaints, investigations, suspensions, and allowing WOMAN PHYSICIANS care-to-function before dispensing with their medical license, career, jobs, and health after drinks. I wanted to have a child, not just a career, but Dr. Talmadge nixed that; I was told to lie about a diagnosis, behaviors, comments, etc. - that I didn't have and didn't do - in order to get my medical license back, and maybe then get treated for the medical, gynecological, and endocrine problems. Told to go along with the Board and their nonsense; just play the game' as a good girl.' But medicine is not a game of football, basketball, baseball, golf, or even polo it's serious' just like my fractures were. Withholding needed medical care, to make someone go to a 4th , 5th or 6th psychiatric go,' by a new right' Ohio psychiatrist, makes all evaluations' invalid and complete bunk. That's coercion; force, malpractice and negligence.

Dr. Talmadge can't do a discussion, or take a history for problems, of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-ovarian axis = what was missed in my medical care and case at the State Medical Board of Ohio. Have never seen him at a Board Meeting discuss the gynecological endocrine stuff that can cause premature fracturing (teach) = yet that's what he's there for, i.e. to enlighten the Board Members like Anita Steinbergh DO about his specialty and suggestions for improving care in that regard in Ohio. Dr. Talmadge is on the State Medical Board of Ohio to improve the understanding of women's care even if the physician is an orthopedic to prevent premature fracturing like I had to endure. To even do an ob-gyn exam/workup on a complicated woman physician patient before taking her license, to examine the facts carefully and do a patient history (he's had me in the Board room, and made fun, instead of asking the questions that would have given the answers to what I had and what happened) to do the exam that he's trained for and NOT to be ordering the exams that he knows nothing about and has no license to order. No one did a medical history in my case Dr. T not even you. Dr. Talmadge is there to educate Drs. Nice & Keith, as to what to do with a complicated woman physician patient with fractures occurring with minimal trauma and so far he hasn't done his job he's just done theirs.

AS MY FATHER MD REMARKED AT ONE POINT, HE NEVER SAW SO MANY PHYSICIANS TRYING TO DO DIAGNOSIS IN THE FIELD OF PSYCHIATRY - WHERE THEY HAD NO TRAINING OR EXPERTISE WHILE NEGLECTING, OR BEING UNABLE TO DO, THE OBVIOUS CARE IN THEIR OWN SPECIALTIES. NO MEMBER ON THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD OF OHIO IS SKILLED IN ANYTHING BUT ORDERING EVALUATIONS' AND NOT THE OB-GYN KIND. As to reading letters saying that I wasn't interested' my father never saw anyone so obsessed with anything that I had written to get some guy off my case. Women try a lot of things to get rid of unwanted attentions, check out your college daughters my ploys, maneuvers, attempts to insult or fend off - were examined under Electron Microscope magnification, at Board Meeting after Board Meeting at taxpayer expense. In Ohio a girl can't have any moves,' or subterfuges = it has to be all spelled out by the worst, most humanly dense, psychiatrists that the Board can employ = the kind that belong on late-night cable or in administration. Dr. Talmadge hasn't a clue about women just how to wreck them and leave them defenseless in the tough world of medicine. Dr. Keith couldn't do an orthopedic bone workup, as I was just crazy,' or unlucky' - my case took too much thinking time for his sex life at home so he reverted to name-calling. Dr. Nice couldn't put a cast on for all his Boards in Orthopedic Surgery, nor could he write for physical therapy even owning a physical therapy outfit/office, but he could campaign and lie and testify in the guy's surgery locker room spending more time lying than doing any orthopedics = the guy thing to do. Men MDs in Ohio just say that the woman MD patient made them do bad care' or think seductive' nothings no free will or self-control. These were big grown men with children; 60lb-plus grip-size.

Drs. Nice and Keith only know the part of women's medicine that allows them to have sex. Dr. Talmadge has got psychiatry on the brain, and he's not certified in Psychiatry, and he's on the Medical Board to check on the omissions in ob-gyn care - but doesn't do that. There were piles of ob-gyn omissions/mistakes in my case not one has been discussed. From 1992-1997 Dr. Talmadge, I got no ob-gyn care because the Ohio State Medical Board put out on the national radar that I didn't deserve' care - just another psychiatric evaluation and therapy for anger, personality or trying to save myself. You didn't allow Dr. Andrew Skodol to get a medical/ob-gyn workup on me before insisting that he go to the second Hearing with a partial workup (just the psychiatry and he knew that he needed to check things medically). [And I'd like to be professional about this, but that time is long past; I'm published as nothing that I am.]

You would withhold normal ob-gyn care to force a woman physician to admit your false case = what you did = MONSTER in the Homer Odyssey sense. For the last sixteen years, I've been caught between Scylla and Charybdis between the Medical Board and the wrong diagnosis.

Dr. Talmadge leaves his ob-gyn training at the door in Columbus when he sits on the State Medical Board of Ohio - he writes nasty letters about getting psychiatric' evaluations, but not the evaluations that you need. In 1990-2, I needed a good ob-gyn = one who would suggest order the studies and workup that I needed for the symptoms that I was having = symptoms that I couldn't discuss with Drs. Nice and Keith (who had their brains in their groins). Meanwhile, with Dr. Talmadge on the Medical Board of Ohio, I've FRACTURED 5 MORE BONES = what he calls 'exaggerations' or illusions.' The solution to no blood work is a psychiatric evaluation if you are female and disagree with a guy MD thinking about his sex life instead of your office visit. The solution for Dr. T is third trimester abortion or no chance to conceive = he hates women and women MDs - JUST SUCKS THEIR BRAINS OUT AS ADULTS IF HE DOESN'T GET THEM AS A FETUS FIRST.

If Dr. Talmadge doesn't get the diagnosis that he and the Board need on the first 5 psychiatric 'goes' - then he just votes for another one = no-brainer for Dr. T = psych is always the answer for a woman MD's complaints and symptoms. But if he had a brain, he would have noticed the omissions in my care and workup, long ago and far back into the 1990s as in a fairy tale, and deferred voting on anything until I had gotten a medical workup. Dr. T should have withheld causing harm, making mistakes, making judgments without all the facts = what a good physician would have done. Dr. T has been on the case for years, noticing that finally someone ordered the thyroid functions tests and vitamin D levels. But he just let me have bone pains and no life; he's sadistic, arrogant, stupid, and vindictive.

I understand the need for "friendly waters" for victims but, after reading the Medical Board report and the "Rita Reports" here, I'm not sure that she is the victim. Perhaps she is becoming more and more the culprit.
I think, however, that she believes what she says to be true.

I read the report. Tell me doctor 'interested person', Why didn't her doctors order Thyroid and Parathyroid tests and Calcium and Phosphorus tests when she started to fracture? We are all waiting for your answer 'Doctor'! Tell us on your next post.

You are doing a lot of guessing and interpreting using evidence that may or may not be totally factual and may or may not have been altered. Did you miss that when you read the report, or just choose to leave it out? Tell us on your next post.

I think anyone who would make 'fun' of someone's problems is a 'very sad little person' who probably needs counseling to find out why they they choose that behavior. In case you don't know, I mean YOU. Explain this on your next post.

What I'm missing here in this particular discussion is WHY DIDN"T YOU ORDER THESE TESTS YOURSELF. While it might be best not to treat oneself, it seem that ordering some simple blood tests (okay, a bit beyond simple, but still checking a box) could of been easily done. If not by you didn't you have ONE colleague somewhere in the country that would order these test for you. A simple phone call. Hi lab - can you order these for Rita? Thanks. NOT ONE? Even out of state? Even at an anonymous Free Clinic?

How would ordering these test have changed the outcome AFTER the fractures occurred?
