Lance Pace We paid 1100.00 dollars for a puppy we did not get Hot Springs Arkansas

We purchased a puppy and paid in full . when it come time to meet he said puppy was sick ... This started in May 2016 and tried to meet with him in August . My daughter went to Arkansas and he stated puppy was ill. Said he had others but never offered any pictures .Husband texted him and he said he wants 600 more dollars than what is on sales receipt .We have tried everything . It says paid in full ... Since I have found many to have had issues with him. At this point we would just like our 1100.00 . I used  a debit card but I paid thru friends and family and was not covered by the protection plan and it has been over ninety days and bank will not help . Thank you
