Landsafe Title has done it again. Failed to refund all of my escrow of $10,000. Claimed there was a charge for copying HOA docs. I received NONE! Shorted me by $569.00!!! I already had these docs because I bought a condo in the same development!! Sadly, this is not the first time they've tried to keep my escrow money, however, we really wanted this house and were forced to deal with them again. Homebuyers BEWARE! LANDSAFE TITLE OF CALIFORNIA is unethical and downright SHADY!
