Nice try DEE (...Joni... yeah right).. I know that style of writing and words used and i know it is DEE who has posted at lest 2 false reports.. You are a rotten person...

I know this was posted quite a while back and surely by now everyone has made peace with their situations and moved on, but i can't read these things and not speak up for Amy's true character.

It's been several years since I was at Black Creek Farm, but I know what when on there with those animals, as well as, the countless number of cows, horses and dogs that I have seen Amy and Kevin take care of over the years.

I have known Amy for 30 years and Kevin for 16 years. These are two people who love animals. I say that with no hesitation! They both were raised on farms and love and, above all else, respect animals.

For the life of me I can't imagine how so many people could allow themselves to get caught up in such a torrid tale set in motion by a lady with her own alterior motives, as Ann pointed out, so brilliantly. Great Job Ann!

Just read, public. Who is the liar? I do not know Amy Veal or anyone associated WITH Amy Veal, nor do I know you. You mention that you liked Amy and wished you could be friends but then turn and say she's an evil lying person. (Among other things...) ? Sounds a little bit strange.

Also, ask a vet...it takes more than RAIN or hot weather to 'WASH' away Parvo. You mentioned you were talking with your bank about getting your $850 back that you paid for the puppy that died. I wonder if that's why your business does not accept credit cards or paypal...you'd be afraid someone would do that to you.

I have to wonder why the negativity continued to be aimed at Amy and no one decided to jump off the Carla sympathy train and dog her out for what she's being accused of, just like Amy.

I sincerly hope everyone involved in all these messages and posts that feels they were wronged, followed the due process and sought justice for themselves. For those of you that went to court and lost, FOR WHATEVER REASON, you should now do the responsible thing and update these pages to reflect the courts findings.

If a judge ruled in my favor, after things as horrible as these had been said, if I were Amy, oh, you best beleive we would going right back to court.

When I visited Black Creek Farms, several years ago now, and cannot say enough nice things about it.
Amy and her family are all great people.
Her kennels were(are?) awesome the way she had them set up.
All the dogs I saw were well taken care of.
I'm no breeder, but I'm no fool either.

There are animal people and people that don't care for animals. Amy definately cared for animals. I'm neither, I like dosg, my family has a lab, but I don't taken it to the extreme.

To have your reputation drug threw the mud for more than a year had to be devastating for her. Heck, if i had you calling me and harrassing me I might have gave you a fake name, too! You seem a little unstable to me, also.

It is what it is. Amy is what she is and that's a good person.

That's my piece, I had to say something positive about the people I would trust with my Lab Sadie and (have trusted) with 2 of my older children!

No response is necessary Carla, although I'm sure you're biting at the bit to get this started again...

It's probably best if you cut your losses with regards to your sick pup and make off with the many friends you made here on ripoff report.com, while reading reports about yourself written by the poor victims you sold those sick puppies to...

I guess it would only make sense that you be sold a pup with PARVO, since that 's what you were accused of doing to others... Karma has a way of sneaking you behind you and smackin you on the a**... What a nasty peron you sre.

If you do a search on Amie Veal mine should come up 3rd, I live in washington state. She did this to me last year around May (2006). I dealt with all her crap her lies, her fake names, her change of kennel names (several).

You have to report her to the USDA in her area because she is a USDA licensed kennel they can shut her down. I wish I still had their number, I would place it here. But you just have to do a search for USDA in Macon GA. Call them and make a complaint,t hey will go right out.

I am sure there are many complaints on her by now with them. When I talked to her vet he said she was always bringing in sick puppies.. I told him he is liable for signing off on the health certificates. He said she never brought my puppy in. So it is my opinion that she is taking healthy pups into the vet, or she is sending false health certificates. I wouldn't put anything past her..

Amy/Amie likes to use fake names, she changes them and even uses her maiden name of Johns. Lanie is a made up name, or at least she uses it, could be one of her kids name for all anyone knows.. Lanie is a BOYS name by the way. She tends to use her own name changed around or family members names. She is predictable.

My pup also died of Parvo. He came down with it 3 days after arriving. I don't understand people like her, but she is mentally ill, I have no doubt about that. She would go from nice and sweet to violent and nasty from email to email, and call to call. Maybe someone needs to call CPS for her kids sake.

If you look at my report you will see an actual picture of the pup I bought while he was in the hospital.

She did send me another puppy (not a cockapoo though). He was ok thank god.

Thank you for the update. I feel for you and your family, Loosing one puppy is never easy but losing 2 is out right crule on her part. She is a peice of trash and will continue to run her puppy mill, unless we stop her. Maybe a class action law suite with all of the people she has done this way is a thought.

Beware when you talk to her tomorrow, she will play the I have cancer, my husband and I have no money bit and go on and on about how she is paying for chemo. Atleast she did with me. She did not get my sympathy though. I look at it this way if she can raise dogs, she can make sure they are healthy. Her vet is apparently not doing a good job of checking these puppies over. She has sold several parvo puppies. What is wrong with her? If she did in fact have cancer and is having to make sure she can pay bills and get medical treatment then why not make sure the puppies are healthy. And you know if she is selling sick puppies then she has sick adults. I called the department of Agriculture and she was recently quarenteened. She has also had SEVERAL complaints filed against her with them. Have you filed one yet?

Well, the puppy did not make it. This puppy was in a very poor condition and the decision was made to euthenize the puppy. The puppy's health had deteriorated rapidly and my family did not have the money to pay for any more vet bills. At the time of this, "Lanie" had said she would be mailing off half of the refund amount of the first puppy and we would expect it in a week. She would then send the other half in a few weeks. This never happened. This was not my idea but my family thought it would be an easy resolve to the situation since she said this is what she would do.

I did not thing she would follow through on her commitment and I was exactly right. When she was contacted about the check that was not received, she said that she was waiting on vet documents from us to say the puppy had died. She never stated this to us. She keeps contradicting herself.

If we send her the documents she will say that the puppy may have lived if he wasn't euthenized. This would only happen if we fork out hundreds of dollars once again (need I remind you we're still in the whole over $2,000 as of now). But if we did decide to treat him and he not make it, she would say she did not give us consent to treat him and she has clearly stated she is not held reliable for vet bills. If he lived and we were out even more money, she would say she owes us nothing because he lived.

All in all, she will find an excuse for every move that is made. I have told my family there is no reason to contact her anymore and absolutely no reason to try to resolve this between us. It's not going to happen if we rely on her to make this right on her own.

Tomorrow I am going to speak with an attorney and see our options. I am planning on calling her tomorrow and telling her where we stand. As far as I'm concerned, tomorrow's phone call will be the last communication I make with her. There's no reason to try to do so anymore because it gets us nowhere. She is now playing the defense card and acting as if she's a victim in this. She also says she is Lanie and that us saying she is Amy is slander and we could be prosecuted for it. I'm through playing her games...

I have been very nice up til now but I can't be patient with this anymore. She says one thing and does another. Her word means nothing. I will keep you informed on where this situation goes from here.

Katie, I have something I think you should know. Kevin's sister has been disowned by the family and her name is not Lanie. The person who gave me this information could not remember her name but said it is for sure not Lanie. This person also told me that the reason his sister was disowned is because she got with a black man and had 2 black babies. Their family hates blacks. So she was cut out of the will and they wont even speak to her anymore. I do beleive my source. The person is an honest person and has been done VERY wrong by Amy Veal and her husband.

I hope your puppy pulls through. With my problems with Mrs Amy Veal I would never buy anything from her again and I would never recomend her to anyone. I bought a puppy that came to me with giardia coccidia (I am not sure if I am spelling those correctly) worms, and smelled just aweful. I dont think this woman gives the puppies a bath. When I got my Missy home I gave her a bath and she freaked out and we are not alking about a 6 week old puppy. My baby was already 10 weeks. Missy has a terrible over bite, which I am coming to find is common in MANY of Amy Veal's dogs. She is breeding dogs with genetic problems all over the place. She has no regard for any dog. We need to come together and put this aweful woman out of buisness.

Katie, I promise you are dealing with the one and only Amy Veal. I promise you there is no Lanie. When you called Lanie did you call her at 478-454-3151? That is Amy and Kevin Veal's phone number.

I guarantee you that Amy is stating she is Lanie to keep you from actually taking her to court on this matter. You can not sue someone who is not real. You know what I find funny, I am a member of a breeders form, and Amy and her husband have posted dogs for sale on there and they have given the reason they are selling is because Amy has cancer. I would like to know if Amy has cancer why she and her husband would take time out of getting her better to make a trip to the airport for her sister in law?

SHE IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. THERE IS NO LANIE. She is scamming you as she has done several other people. Do not let her get away with it. Call her out tell her you KNOW there is no Lanie. Then take her sorry a$$ to court and sue her for the dog, the vet bills, and make sure you add in a nice chunk of change for pain and suffering. Good luck and I hope you nail her.

She spoke with Lanie and Lanie first said that she would send us a third puppy. There is NOOO way I would do this!! She said that Kevin and Amy Veal are her brother and sister-in-law. She still didn't clear up why their names are on the puppies health certificates. They were also the ones to drop this last sick puppy off at the airport to ship to me. She said that she does not work with them and that she runs her own business. Lanie also said the reason for them having the same address is because she used to share the address with Amy and Kevin, but not anymore.

I don't take her for her word. Who knows what's going on in this situation and the puppies we are all getting. If she doesn't work with them, then their names should not be on my pup's papers. That is the way I found out who they were in the first place. If there is a Lanie and her brother and sister-in-law is Kevin and Amy, then it's hard to believe that they're not working in this together. It seems Amy has ruined her reputation judging from the complaints on here, so it would make sense she would work with or through Lanie.

She's offering to refund us for our first puppy, Milo. My sister in law also mentioned that she should pay us for the first vet visit when Milo was sick, but she said that she did not give us consent to treat the puppy. She says this, but then has something to say about us having to euthenize the puppy after we had no options left! That irritates me.

In all the communication we've had, there has never been an explanation given to us. No apology, nothing. Just excuses. She stays on the defensive and the way she has handled this situation is as unprofessional as it gets. You would think that if a breeder sent someone a sick puppy and then sent a replacement pup, that they would make 100% sure that puppy was healthy. It's bad when the delta people in the airport are around him a few minutes and saying he acts like he is sedated and wondering if something is wrong (when I picked him up from the airport). I can't be convinced they didn't know something was wrong with this puppy.

I'm not sure what my sister in law and father will decide to do because they are handling this situation, but I will definately keep everyone informed on this situation. I just have had a bad feeling about all the info I have come to find out in the last few days and felt everyone should know about the connection I found out.

Amy Veal is a scammer and she needs to be stopped. She dose not care about her dogs, she is only in it for the money. I do not understand why she is allowed to continue to breed these poor dogs. God knows the dogs are over bred. They are bred again and again back to back never being given a break.
Katie, To know she is now selling dogs with parvo breaks my heart. How is you new puppy doing? I hope he is feeling better and will pull through this. This is not the first time Amy has been caught with parvo. There is another report on here regarding parvo. A little piece of information for you, there is no Lanie Veal. I am sure Amy made that name up to sell her puppies because of the wrong doings she has committed against people and her dogs. She is a pathological liar. She will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale. She gives all breeders a bad name. Her address is 500 Kings Rd, Milledgeville Georgia. It really bugs me that when she is advertising these poor puppies she is saying she is in another town. I found an ad where she claims to be in Macon, now in Forsyth. She is a crook and a d**n good one. She is stealing from people.
A little piece of advice for anyone looking for a puppy. If you can not find one locally, get references. Talk to people who have bought a puppy from the person. The best way is to go to their home. Look at all the puppies they have for sale. Look at the parents. Do not contribute to Amy Veals greed.

Amy Veal is nothing but a scamer. I too have been taken by her and her husband. If you will leave your email address I can give you some good information about her. *PLEASE READ THIS! IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THESE PEOPLE THAT WE ALL NEED TO BE AWARE OF!*

Okay, well first of all I found this site today when I googled Kevin and Amy Veal. I wish I would have found it two months ago. I bought a cockapoo puppy from a "Lanie" in Georgia. She never said her last name, rarely signed her emails, and when the puppy was shipped to me, it was signed by a Kevin Veal. The vet certificate was also under the name Kevin and Amy Veal.

The puppy was shipped here in March. When I picked him up, he was dirty and smelled badly. My family noted how he wasn't very playful and running around like most puppies but I just thought it was his personality. He was however very sweet and loving.

The third day he started throwing up and diarrhea. We took him straight to an emergency clinic and he tested positive for parvo. I was devastated and so was my family. We were in and out of vets and did all we could to save him, but there was nothing left to do and his body had very little white blood cells to fight the disease. The vets told us he was in alot of pain and that there was nothing left to do since his body could not fight it so we had him euthenized.

Through the process, Lanie would email and acted soooo concerned. She told me to send her copies of the vet bills and she would help all she could, seeing that our vet bills alone were over $1,600. She emailed me to let me know she would replace the pup and then the emails stopped.

I tried to email her time and time again to ask about the vet bills and the new puppy, but "she did not receive them" were her words. Most of all the communication was done via email.

So TWO MONTHS later when I decided to call her, she answered and said that she received the vet bills and that she would get them and call me back "in 5 minutes". Never happened! Instead, she emails saying that she's shipping me a puppy as if just wanting me to get off her back. I call and leave messages.

NEVER calls me back. ((She must have caller ID and screening my calls)) She never included any information about this puppy when she emailed the flight schedules to me and when I would respond by asking for photos and information, she would not answer. I had no idea what she was shipping me!

I picked up the new pup at the airport and she had NOT paid the shipping which she said she would do. There are NO documents included with this pup besides a certificate saying he can fly which does not mean I'm receiving a healthy puppy.

I try to call her right then in the airport. She NEVER answers. I was calling over and over, hanging up and calling right back. So the lady at the airport calls her, starts leaving a message, and when she starts telling her in the message that they were going to ship it back and she would be charged double shipping ($344.00), she just happened to pick up the phone! She paid with a credit card over the phone. I tried to call her throughout the rest of the day and NO answer of course.

When I got home with the puppy, the pup would not move, could barely keep his eyes open, would not eat, would not walk at all! I was highly ticked off. She had sent me a pup with no documents whatsoever and a puppy that was obviously sick.

I decided to send her a blunt email about the situation and she responded in defense...
**She said the documents from the first puppy never showed a parvo test, which it clearly did! She has a copy of a vet's handwriting saying he was diagnosed with PARVO! She was contradicting what the THREE vets said! Come on!!

**She said since I had him euthenized he might have lived. I am offended tremendously by this. The first puppy, which was a birthday gift for me, was adorable and had the sweetest personality of any dog I've ever been around. I WANTED that puppy as my own and I did everything possible to keep him alive and so did the vets. When I was told that he had almost zero white blood cells fighting this virus, the vets clearly said there is nothing left to do and that he is in much pain. I cried for days including on my birthday. I resent the fact she says something to me like that.

**She said she wrote things to me that I didn't respond to. She said she wrote things to me that she did not write. I kept all my emails Lanie! I know what was said and what wasn't!

**She included NO paperwork with this last puppy and never gave a reason why. Never answered any of my questions about vet documents from either puppy, the bills, or when I asked questions about this new puppy I received.

**She also stated in her email the excuse was that she wasn't home. Her internet and phone lines "have alot of fuzziness on the line and that she gets kicked off the internet all the time." That was another excuse for not responding to emails!! I know she received my emails because she would email me with my emails attached!! SHE JUST WOULD NOT ANSWER ONE SINGLE QUESTION I ASKED IN THE EMAILS!

Keep in mind I picked up the new puppy YESTERDAY at the airport. TODAY my sister in law takes him to the vet and he is diagnosed with PARVO! He came here like this. She once again sent me a sick puppy. Oh yeah, she also said she would fax us the vet documents on this new puppy this morning before we took him to the vet. She NEVER did it!

My sister in law, who is taking care of the puppy right now because I can't go through all of this again, spoke with Dr. Dennard at the Gordon Animal Clinic in Gordon, Georgia. This is the clinic that Lanie used to give her health certificates for both of these pups. Both certificates I have received have a Kevin Veal on them. The first one had Kevin and Amy Veal.

The Kevin and Amy Veal have the same address as Lanie Veal. I do not understand why Kevin and Amy are on my vet documents because I have never heard of them in my life. If I am receiving a puppy from someone named "Lanie" than that name should be on the documents and not some stranger's name.

This clinic has dealt with MANY cases of complaints on a Kevin and Amy Veal. The doctor told my sister in law that basically we need to take action against them for sending us this puppy. If anyone has received a puppy from them needs to contact this clinic. The more complaints the better!

We have not spoken to Lanie because she has not emailed us or called us back as of this afternoon. At this time, we are taking all necessary action to make sure she is reported. We are contacting the Dept. of Agriculture in Georgia and planning to take all legal action necessary to make sure she cannot get away with this anymore.

*I don't know how Lanie Veal is connected to Kevin and Amy Veal. BUT THEY ARE CONNECTED! THEY SHARE THE SAME MAILING ADDRESS!*

I do remember how Lanie didn't have me mail the vet bills to her with her name on the label, but told me to mail it to "Little Patch of Heaven" at the PO BOX that is listed. When she sent papers the first time, they were signed "Little PAtch of Heaven" and her email address is LittlePatchofHeaven. These people are connected and they are ripping us all off!!!

We need to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else! We are taking immediate action and everyone who has been affected by these people should do everything possible to make sure it does not happen again. If you have any information, please let me know.
