I found this company on the Internet based on a eBay listing. Search and found their website and was read about all the happy customer testimonials. They basically charge a flat rate and any needed parts, knowing the DC power port was bad I figured the only needed part was the power port. I researched prices for the port and they sale for $5 to $15 dollars. Decided to use this company to fix my laptop computer.

All web base actions taken, even spent the extra $15 dollars on a shipping box they recommended. About an hour later decided to call and ask a question about how much they would charge, no answer to my call. Told by the machine answering the call all technicians are busy and to leave a message and someone would call me back soon. This should have been my first clue something was wrong. No call back so I called them back two days later when the shipping box arrived at my home. Again I got the message that all technicians are busy and to leave a message. Again I left a message and again no call back. I sent my laptop in for repairs because I needed it fixed fast and they say within 24hr after receiving the laptop they would be able to quote the repair cost.

Three days later I got a email stating they had recieved my laptop and they would be doing the diagnostic service "will be contacting you within 1 to 2 business days with your service options, or possibly even sooner." After 5 days and three phone calls with no answer just the same massage that all technicians are busy I got an automated phone call stating they had finished their diagnostic service and would not be able to complete repairs. They gave me a new number to call if I had any questions. I called and got a person on the phone and was told the company could not fix my computer due to the make and model, before sending the unit and requesting a shipping boxes it ask for make and model of laptop.

While speaking to a real person I asked why no one ever returned my calls, he just said they had not received any messages because he would have been the one to return the calls. They charged me for shipping to and from as well as a special shipping box, they did not return any of my phone calls and was told they could not fix the computer. They wanted to know if I wanted them to ship it back, I am writing this on the same laptop that was sent to them. I have to wiggle the power cable to make it work, this is a high end laptop (gamer) Dell M1730 XPS fully loaded ($5000) and they ask several time if I was sure I wanted them to ship it back to me, they said they could backup my data (for a price) and send me my data.

I can't tell you how scared I was not going to get my laptop back. That I had made a huge mistake in not doing my own research on this company. I spent more on the box and shipping then most of the cheaper repair places charge for just the repair. It cost $31 to ship back to me and they had made me pay for the $15 dollar box. Bottom line they did not fix my laptop, did not return any of my three phone calls, did not do the diagnostic service in the time stated, and tried to talked me out of my laptop as if it was not worth the shipping cost to send it back to me.

I paid to get my laptop back and want to let anyone who is interested in using this company that I personally had a bad experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
