All I can say is that this man STOLE $260 from me for a CB Radio that I bought and tried to return within 24 hours. He proceeded to curse at me when I came back to return the radio and proceeded to get in my face and belittle me as well.

I had to call the police becasue I had felt threatened and the police even informed me that they had been out there in the past from others with the same complaint as well. 

Never in my entire life have I ever felt this threatened by someone to have to call the police which they informed me that it was a civil matter and could not help me but they know of him and his past as well.

Buyer beware of this business. He will steal from you blind and then belittle you with profanity and the best part of this is that I have the whole thing recorded for the TV Stations to show them as well.

Had to call the police on him as I felt threatened when he got in my face using obscenities...I went back for a refund on the CB Radio that I bought becasue it was not working properly and he cursed me out to no end calling me an A******.. Even the Fort Pierce Police know about his tactics. The officer even told me that they have been called out here in the past for the same issues with others.

Well guess what Mr Michael A. Wayne, you have picked the wrong person to mess with. I will do what I have to do legally and make sure that your business will no longer exist in FT Pierce. You have messed with the wrong person especially being in the world of radio and television. Again, this is not a threat in any way, shape or form, just a warning to let you know that I am taking LEGAL ACTION against you personally and Your business as well. My attorney also has been notified and together, we will do what we have to do along with the local news media to make all other consumers aware of your unethical business practice and how you ripoff customers with your bullying tactics.

Stay Away...RIPOFF. Watch the news soon. He will be on Channel 5, Channel 12, and Channel 25, and Treasure Coast Scripps Newspapers wants to speak to him also. They are going to do a consumer alert about him......What goes around comes around.....He ripped me off $260 and would not give me a refund within 24 hours of purchase. The radio he claims was brand new and it was not. It was all messed up and it was not working properly in my vehicle.

What he doesnt know is that I recorded him while I was in his store on my iphone which I had in my pocket before I entered his store and I have the whole audio conversation on Tape and have handed this over to the TV stations and radio stations that I will be appearing on Monday morning, yes I have already secured guest appearances on certain local radio programs so they hear about his rudeness.....Hmmm I wonder how he is going to deny this one.....Caught red handed and it is on digital recording, every single word that was said especially when I asked him to not curse or yell at me, and he told me he wasn't cursing at me, he was making a statement that I was a A****** CUSTOMER.....WOW what a way to treat customers. Can not wait to see how he reacts to the TV Cameras and media at his store......

Oh and if you want to know his name, it is Michael A. Wayne. I have his banking information also, along with other information should anyone else need anything to help recoup their lost money from this ripoff man.
