Laptops For Less TV replacement bulb ripoff Anaheim California

I own a JVC High Definition television that uses a projection bulb TS-CL110U. In July of 2007, the bulb replacement, warning message started flashing, meaning the bulb was nearing the end of it's expected life. I ordered a replacement bulb from Laptops For Less and paid them $162.00 for it. The invoice is dated July 30, 2007 and it was delivered to me by FedEx a few days later. I promptly put it in my closet waiting for the origional bulb to stop working. The origional bulb, which was still working perfectly, finally burned out on April 14, 2008. I went to my closet, retreived the replacement bulb and installed it in my tv. The bulb is rather dim and has a dark shadow that shows on the screen. The bulb is clearely defective, and will have to be replaced. When I called Laptops for Less, I was told there was nothing they could do as the bulb only had a ninty day warrenty. I explained the bulb which had been kept, sealed in the origional box was only put in service on April 14, 2008. My JVC owners manual tells me to order a replacement bulb when the warning message appears. This is what I did and everything went as planned except it took me until now to discover Laptops for Less send me a defective bulb to which they refuse to make good. I offered to send the bulb in it's origional packing and box to their company so they could inspect it. I was refused, and told there was nothing they could do. This is clearely a ripoff as the bulb did not work properly when they sent it to me. I ask them if this bulb was refurbished and was told no, and was told again sorry, nothing they can do. Obviously, I could never trust doing business with them again, and want other potential customers to know their business practice.
