Laralex Medical llc Scamming, fraudulent, dishonest company Oklahoma city Oklahoma city

I was a contract employee for Laralex Medical llc to work in a physicians office to do labs for the physician.  I worked for this company for 3 months in 2016. After the first few checks they started shorting me on my checks. In November 2016 I was shorted 1 week which I brought to my bosses attention -Elizabeth Lee Gunn which she acknowledged the check did not match my time sheet. I was told to mark tests on tbe reqs and draw extra blood to submit to their lab that the physician did not order so they could bill the insurance companies for more money. When I refused my boss-Elizabeth Lee Gunn walked in said she had no money couldn't pay me but would get caught up, promised that her boss- Lauren Sherman would make sure I was paid, which I never was.They still owe me for 3 weeks of work. I filled a complaint with the labor commission which they didn't help but messed things up, gave me wrong information. I provided text messages and copies of all my time sheets to the labor commission with proof of what they owe me. My case went to the legal department because laralex would not comply with the order to pay me. The lawyer decided she couldn't help me because of one of their employees who told me wrong on cashing a check for only a few days of work plus the investigator did not do her job properly and did not look into what I submitted, she based it only on what laralex sent them. The labor commission is not taking responsibility for giving out wrong information, not doing a correct investigation . They are a joke! No help! Do not work for Laralex unless you want to be scammed, work for free and be lied to and asked to commit fraud. Do not bother with the labor commission, they are no help, they are against what they stand for, they are totally worthless. Take it to small claims court instead.
