All the bad reviews on the web are so similar to the ones the New York State Department of State has on file for this con artist.

Don't use this guy, made the mistake of paying him. He is a complete scam. Martinez and his company are useless. You will not find a good room with him. Very rude. If you see him, the greasy guy with no hair. His phony ads are all over craigslist.

Martinez is also very racist, he sends his ripped off clients to an agency known as American Plaza at 3834 Broadway in Washington Heights, and they are all defendants in a federal lawsuit for racial steering.
