Larry Basham and Olga Basham are bad renters. They trashed my house, and then moved out without leaving notice and left the entire house unlocked, and doors open world. They stold appliances, a lawnmower, and other smaller items. They destroyed my new carpet. They destroyed my swimming pool by putting rocks in the drain so the filter would not work, then left when it turned to lilly pads and mosquitoes. Beware they will lie to you every time they open their mouth. They seldom pay their rent on time and did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my house. I am seeking damages from the courts.
