I never stole anything from my grandmother. How dispicable that she whould publicly accuse me of such a thing. The 10,000 that she refers to came directly from my own personal trust fund she set up for me. The money was used to help purchase the home I live in now. Out of respect I informed my grandmother that I needed to use the money for the purchase of the home. She gave me her blessing. However my grandmother was in her 90's and was starting to suffer from dementia and several months later, after moving in to the new house with my then two year old son, I sent her a card and some flowers to thank her for helping to make a dream come true. Sadly enough by this point she had completly forgotten that any of this had been descussed several times and accused me of going behind her back. NOT STEALING. I know anyone who has gone through this with an elder undrstands what a very very painfull process this is. You always treat someone with love and respect and they turn on you. This is the story Sam used against me. And by the way my grandfather had died 20 years earlier and was no part of this. Every time Sam speaks out she reveals exactly what kind of person she really is. I'm just here to tell the truth set the record straight.

Unfortunatly Samantha Olden continues her attacks against me. But she can only do this through more lies and destortions. They never came to me after June 08 to offer to finish the job and take payment on the back end. That offer was made back in April 08 when the discrepancy between her estamate and her husbands actual cost was revealed. Her husband told me a few days later at the work site that he would make sure the job was completed and if anything came up short he would accept payment when the house sold. When Samantha was made aware of this in June 08 she told her husband to stop work and he did. I had no add ons I don't even have an awning over the car port or skirting. The offer to finish and wait for payment was only resubmitted after the CSLB contacted her husband. I did go to the bank to get more money then when the loan person called her she proceeded to berate me to that person and blame the whole fiasco on me. That person at the bank listed all the things that Sam had done wrong as my agent and was the first person to advise me to report her the Board of Realtors.Thanks for that help. Meanwile her husband is contacting every dealer in town and doing the same thing. Creating a hostile environment were no one would want to help me. Yes I went through bankruptcy so have a lot of people. This happens when your out of work and are raising a child and trying not to lose our home.(A 1985 manufactured home that is falling apart and needs more than 45,000.00 in repairs.) She forgot to mention in the midst of all this my son's bedroom flooded from a broken water heater and was destroyed. But thanks for that low blow Sam. I paid for one flying lesson and I took my son with me. It was an exciting adventure for the both of us. Less than $150.00. I also took him sking for the first time. I also went to Texas with his father and stayed at his brothers house for X-Mas. His father paid for the whole trip. Then a year later I took us on a disney cruise the 1st vacation I ever took him on and he was already 10. Finally. Yes Sam was my agent I have the contract to prove it and as for this "friend" that she refers to Michele was some one I worked with who was fired ten years ago for steeling Demerol and writting fake RX's for vicodin. That was the last I saw of her, thank God. This was her friend not mine. Now that the truth is out You can see what a hurtfull mean person she is and how cleverly she weaves a story to make the people she hurt look like villains. I have nothing to hide but I couldn't let her venomous comments go unaddressed. Good Job Sam.

I want to apologize for some of the personal remarks I made about Kim. I would like you to remove the rebuttal and allow me to resubmit without the personal commentary. I dont want to do harm to her - I just want to defend ourselves to the public with the facts.

This woman, Kimberly herself out to be a helpless victim. I wish that a mutual friend of ours had never introduced us.

1. First of all, she inherited $200,000 from her grandparents and was outraged that she should have gotten more! Grandpa never forgave her for the $10K he believed that she stole from grandma.
2. She wanted to become a house flipper (with mobile homes) and consulted with me. I did not represent her in this or any other transaction. I introduced her to a licensed mobile home dealer (Larry Kroeker of Mobile Repo) who gave her one of the best deals you could find. He sold her an $82,000 home for $52,000 because he had ordered it for someone else and they went bankrupt on him so he needed to recoup his losses.
3. I introduced her to my husband (Kirk Wienenga) who has 20+ years experience in construction and works for a licensed contracting company (Spectrum Building and Consulting). Again, I regret that introduction as well.
4. The projected cost of this project was $175K-$180K. Even though she had only $200K to work with, she chose to take 3 vacations and pay for private pilot lessons, so she burned through her money well before she got near the projected expense of the job. She tells everyone she spent all of her money on this job though.
5. The truth is, she ordered upgrades on the job knowing that she didn't have the money to pay for them. When she stopped the job because she spent all of her money, she owed Kirk Wienenga over $11K for work already performed.
6. My husband was kind enough to offer to carry the balance of the project and have her pay for the work out of escrow when the house sold. He made this offer several times during the months of May and June 2008. She didn't even have the courtesy to respond until December when she started filing grievances. She is the one that has held this up for almost a year now!
7. She has been to every other manufactured home dealer in town and no body wanted to work with her she carries her self in a manner that is very hostile and unstable you can see that from her report above she capitalizes all of her emails so you know she is yelling at you!
8. We have taken her to small claims court and mediated. Where we stand is that she signed a contract with Spectrum Building to finish the work and then wait to get paid until the house is sold.
9. Even though she owns this home outright (don't you feel bad for this struggling single mom?) she cannot get financing from the local credit union because a few years back she went bankrupt and discharged $75K in debt to them. She has a history of mismanaging her money but likes to blame other people for her mistakes.
10. Kimberly Cox is trying to libel and slander us to anyone that will listen. I have been in real estate for 10 years and have many of clients that will attest to my honesty, integrity and diligence. My husband can do the same.
11. She is the one trying to destroy lives and the ridiculous part is that we were the only people that have tried to help her and she still behaves in this manner.
