My son and I purchased a 2005 Toyota truck at this dealership. The sale was predicated on items of concern that we wanted addressed and fixed. They promised ( key word is promised ) to fix the items. However, after the sale they refused to complete the items regardless of the promise they made. This seemng lack of integrity is truly disheartening. It is difficult to believe that their franchisor, Toyota Motor Corporation would condone such behavior, but it seems it may be in their business model to do so. This is truly tragic Toyota....Toyota, truly sad.
