larry Pimental cant make an executive decsion, cheap frugal 0organziation, doesnt care about his customers mi Florida

THis organziation is clearly in need of a new CEO, doesnt return calls, doesnt respond to emails or letters, doesnt care about customer.  Unethical, and has no moral compass.  Doesnt make the right decsion for the customer.  

I will never cruise this cruise line.  Doesnt care about wht the custoemrs have to say. Doesnt care what happend on one of his ships

Refuse to assist customers

This organziation is so frugal.  I have contacted them numerous of times, I received the run around, the cruise experience was awful, they did not follow th eitinerary, will not give any type of refunds when they are at fault.  We spent over $25,000 for our family to travel and the expeirence was a nightmare.  The employees are incompetent, the CEO lacks leadership, doesnt return emails or calls.  Larry it might be a good idea to step down as what you are doing is clearly not working for you.  AZAMARA doesnt care about the customer.

 His secretary Dorthy Aloma is clearly no hlep, she just blocks the calls and doesnt care about the customers.  THis organization is the worst to deal with when the customer has a problem.  The employees are rude, unorganzied, the CEO lacks intergrity and he does not do the right thing.

 larry pimentel, should get a moral compass.  All you care about is your numbers and a ROI.  Larry and his team do not care about the consumer.
