LVAAP, this program is a scam.

Do not for it they wanted me to send them $20.00 and they wanted access to my bank account so they can take a 1 time fee and then they will replace it back with a check of there own in order to recieve a check in the amount of $3,341,006.00. Personally if you area winner of any type of a sweepstakes they will give it to you with out you having to pay for it or if there are any winnings at all they would take it out of the amount you have personnally won.

How odd that my wife just recieved the same letter with the same winnings amount! $3,341,006.00 !

And I bet the other names of the winners are:

Name no.2 Timothy Hobbs, WA
Name no.3 Margie Pargo, MI
Name no.4 Waverly Truly, VA
Please people, follow this simple rule: NEVER pay to recieve something you've won!
