I received an email from the company saying my software is ready for upgrade. I have the Mac version and properly registered my software with their website. I went to the website and entered my email and serial number for my Mac software. The site reported my software is eligible for upgrade. I then went to the page and added the software to my cart and purchased it.

I received an email with a link to download the software. Then I went to download the software and only Windows software is available. I had verified on the purchase page that Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) is supported. However, the site now shows that it is not supported. The page modified date shows that the page was modified after my purchase but the support team says it always said that the product is not supported under Mac.

I disagree since the serial number I entered was listed as valid for upgrade and is for the Mac version of the software. I did check the compatibility list before purchase.

There are several other anomalies. The support team claims I crossgraded from one software to another, but the receipt shows this to be patently false. The price for crossgrade is higher than the upgrade price which I paid and the receipt clearly states "Upgrade".

I have been polite, not rude. I have followed their procedures but they simply stop returning email and sent a screenshot of the new, updated page as "proof". They also entered a different serial number than mine to get to the purchase page and their serial is for a different product than mine.

The purchase is for $24.50 but they are fighting me like it is for a million dollars.

I even offered to wait for the Mac version but they claimed that I paid for the Windows version. I do not have a Windows computer at home and my serial number for which I bought the upgrade is a registered MAC version!

There is no way to call the company, they only have email and it takes at least 24 hours for them to respond. I got fed up and contacted my credit card company for help.

I am afraid in my case my lack of patience caused a misunderstanding. The tech support team followed up with me and had already escalated the case and taken care of all the issues. My lack of patience, not their inaction, led to this report.

On their part an email may have helped, but I understand that tech support simply became overwhelmed.

I highly recommend this product and this company.
