I went to this site on 6/11/09 to get a payday loan, and now I'm sorry that I ever did. I went to check my personal account information today, and saw that I was charged $33.98 for ID Protection Service, and don't recall ever signing up for this. I have called my bank's fraud department, and they said that they can't do anything until I get in touch with this company. I tried calling the company today, but they are only available from 9am to 6pm EST. I am going to go through the process of getting my subscription cancelled as well as obtaining a refund of these charges. Because of all this, I'm going to incur a total overdraft amount of $108.31 and it's not right. I only signed up for a loan, and the amount of the loan should be the only thing coming out of my account on 6/26/09.

I have looked at a couple of reports on here, and I'm shocked that companies like this can do such damage. To anyone reading this, do not, I repeat, do not go to this site to get a PDL. There are far better ones to work with, and I know this to be true. I'm a hardworking woman who has fallen on hard times and just needed a little help (and still do). I do hope that I get all my money back from this and can get my life back on track.
