If you can only see how pissed off I am, this company has stated that I opted in for their service and clear I did not. I applied for a cash advance through last chance cash advance website and opted out of receiving anything else that would require me to put out more money, come on now does that make any since! Why would I apply for an advance and then turn around and opt in for another company to take out more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please!
They when in and submitted and ACH transaction towards my NFCU account for $31.85 and it went through, I reported this to my bank and they blocked all transaction from this company. But Id pro serv as the website states they will issue a refund almost 4 times now and 3 of the time they claim my bank rejected it, now they claim they will be mailing a check on 4/6/09 and it will take 4-7 business days and a account manager will contact me. Wooo if you can see the steam coming from me right now.
I am bringing this to the attention of an attorney quickly there are to many individuals being taken advantage of and they are crawling around in a pathetic attempt of trying to steal from consumers whom are just getting by. I pasted my last letter update from there website... and will updated ripoffreport if or when I get my money.
