I filled out a application for loan online. I have been charged for theft ID and a monthly fee which I guess I agreed to when I submitted the application.
As far as I can tell, there are no loans just fee's submitted to my checking account. When I cancelled I was sent an email that I am to respond to but not one of the websites in the email works.
So I guess I won't get a refund and will probably need to close my account to stop the fees. DO NOT SUBMIT any applications for loans. There are no loans.
