LastChancecash Adv Payday Loan This company STOLE MONEY from my checking account, they had been doing it since Nov.2008 Austin Internet

I was without my knowledge enrolled in an Identity Theft Program, because I needed help , I applied for a loan through my computer it was Nov.2008

Because there were numerous transactions on my checking account from Nov. of 2008 until april 1st,2009, I was not able to spot, this transaction until April,2009. At first I didn't know it was this ID company taking my money. I noticed a transaction that I did not remember authorizing. So i called my bank to see if they could help.

My bank pulled up the check and gave me the information, such as the name and phone number of the company, which I then called and was told that I had put in for a loan through the computer sometime in Nov.2008, which in turn authorized the ID company to access my banking account, the customer sevice rep would only say that it is stated in your contract agreement that you agree to these terms in order for them to process your loan.

My problem is that when I applied for the loan no where did it state that in initiaing the loan request itself it would instigate an automatic registry into this program. In order to have the loan request processed you first have to give them your personal and banking info, the loan contract terms and agreement do not pop up until after you've submitted your information, by then it's too late to cancel..What a RIPOFF!!!! Oh and I didn't get the loan...
