Lastylez sold me a "Louis Vuitton" handbag on November 16th 2004. At least I thought it was. When I saw it I knew it was a fake and I emailed this seller to tell her I was returning it. She would not respond to my emails. I reported her to ebay and they must have contacted her because she sent me an email saying she would never send my money back.
Since then she has sent me an email saying she'll give me a full refund but I have to send an email saying I was dropping all charges. Then she said I would get my refund but she was in no hurry because she had alot of things going on. That was January 7th. 2005. It is now January 28th and I haven't heard a word from her .
Also on the auction site she advertises the item is 100% Authentic and there is a 100% Money Back Guarantee. I paid her with a bank transfer thru Pay Pal and therefore I can not get reimbursed from my credit card company. She has done this before because I saw her feedback after I made the purchase.
I know dumb on my part, but I was fairly new at this and couldn't imagine getting RIPPED OFF!! I paid $157.51 for this fake. Pay Pal was no help at all, they won't do anything for "items that are not as described" only if the package is never received.
The picture on the site is a copy also. I read over all the auctions and thought that this was probably the one that was truly authentic. She stole the picture and ad from someone.
But you know she'll be back under a different name and email address before too long. So Buyer Beware, almost all fakes are advertised as authentics, and there is almost always a Money Back Guarantee with them. And remember to check out their
feedback before you purchase!

Paypal is owned by Ebay. Ebay is the transactor in this role, but both companies are more interested in the profits they make with the power sellers, than taking responsibility for enabling the transaction between seller and buyer. There is a long list of must do's for both the buyer and seller, to follow.
Next time use a regular credit card, NOT debit card, and forget about paypal. Vote with your feet, and do not be a patron of companies who do not take responsibility.
