I hope I can help just one family with this post. If you are looking for a puppy and happen to fall for one being sold by Kristen Dawson, do yourself and your family a favor and reconsider. We bought a beautiful puppy from her for $2000+ and spenta hundreds at the vet to make her well. This woman is a scam artist. A liar. She will heap lies upon lies and all will be told very convincingly. As sick as her animals are, none are as sick as she. How could anyone prey on the feelings of animallovers in such a way? She will try to make you believe she is a top tier breeder, but the truth is that she runs a mill.
Her animals are diseased. She will swear they visit a vet for wellness checks, but she administers medications herself if at all. We visited her home and the warning signs were all around us. Shame on me for not noticing then that the smell of feces was Giardia running rampant among her animals. What I took as a playful puppy and Dam were really attention starved creatures. She said, "she may have diarrhea but I will give you medicine for it if she does." She is well aware they're sick and still does nothing! Our puppy is beautiful. She deserved to go to a loving home that would get her the help she so desperately needed. In our minds and in reality we "rescued" her from this evil woman.

I hope other people will read these posts and save themselves headache and heartache. I'm very glad to hear you got a refund too. There is a world of difference between Kristen Dawson and reputable breeders. Congratulations on finding your perfect little baby. On a brighter note, the little girl we rescued from her puppy mill is doing well. She's smart and she gets all the love and attention she can handle. I think we both can consider ourselves lucky. I hope our stories will help others.

I am from Las Vegas and was almost duped by this woman. Back in May, we unexpectedly had to put down one of our precious 4-legged family members and had always wanted a Frenchie. We came across this woman here in Las Vegas and after an hour long phone call with her one night she invited us over to see some of the babies she had available. Her house over in Mountains Edge smelled disgusting, the tile floor was so sticky with urine my flip flops were sticking to the floor, Ok i get it you got your hands full with babies . . but still, it was foul.
We decided to put down a deposit on an upcoming litter that would be ready to come home around my birthday in August. Signed her little contract thing, handed her the $ and thought that she was doing good business. The next morning, something didnt sit well with me so I did my research and found all of these complaints on her about how the dogs are sick and infected and how she gives you the run around with the AKC paperwork. We ended up going back over to her house and calling her out on the stuff I had came across and she became very defensive still LYING to our face then asks rudely if I would like my money back.
HELL YES i want my $$ back, i'll be damned if im gunna drop 2800+ on a pup thats infected with diseases and sick. As we were walking out the front door, she SLAMS the door and locks it. REALLY WOMAN? I couldnt tell you how many dogs she had locked in cages that were ready to pop but one of the studs she had was going around hiking his leg on the furniture and she did nothing about it. Said she would even breed back our female to one of her studs for FREE.
And if the pup had any issues she has medicine for it so that we wouldnt have to take them to the vet. Luckily we ended up finding another Frenchie in Phoenix and spent less money on a better looking dog that is FULLY AKC registered and has had NO PROBLEMS!!!!!! This woman is a PUPPY MILL, she is NOT a legit breeder and her so called breeders/business does NOT exist. Anyone who claims they dont have to provide their business license info on a contract is bulls***. So gladI found out before it was too late!!!!!!!!
