L.A.Times Classified Ads Dept. J.B. (supervisor) Michelle. First ad taker account person did not get her name. I placed an ad for rental on phone. Giirl did not take my order correctly. The ad was not on line either. I vcalled and got the run around for about three days and finally Michelle called me and said Los Angeles California, Internet

I called in an ad and girl put it in wrong   I called for three days and got a call back from Mochelle. Michelle very quickly fixed the problem by saying I would get an even better longer ad because the first ad was wrong and was not on line. My friends and husband looked for the ad in the paper and could not even find the catagory>??? Also again could not find on line. I reported this to supervisor "J.B>" and he said he was looking at it and I was and so was my husband on another computer amnd we could not find it??? He said "IT's there" and was rude and it was like that's that. I was ripped off by the Los Angeles Times and there's nothing I can do about it except report it here.
