ON OCTOBER 7, 2004 I CALLED THE LATINCARD PLUS TO THIS NUMBER 800-705-7374 WHEN I SAW IT AT CADENA TELEMUNDO SAN DIEGO. I WAS EXCITED AND I NEEDED THE 3,000 VISA CREDIT LIMIT THAT THEY ADVERTISE ON THE CARD. IT IS SUPPOSSEDLY SAID THAT THE LATINCARD IS FOR HELPING THE LATINOS.

THEY ASKED ME FOR A DEPOSIT OF $249.00 DLLS AND THEY CAME TO MY JOB AND PICK UP THE MONEY, I PAID IN CASH AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL REIMBURST MY MONEY LATER,AND I WILL GET MY VISA CARD IN 7 DAYS, THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE CARD COULD ONLY BE USED ONLY TO BUY ITEMS FROM A CATALOG THAT ARE TOO EXPENSIVE.

TODAY OCTOBER 14, 2004 I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE WITH CATALOG AND A FAKE THE CARD, AND ON BACK OF THE CARD THERE IS A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL COSTUMER SERVICE TO ACTIVATE THE CARD, BUT I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THOSE PEOPLE WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE 800-874-2423 TO ACTIVATE IT IS NOT WORKING THERE IS A RECORDER SAYING THAT THE PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONECTED OR NO LONGER IN SERVICE
