Latrice Angelina Harper, Susan White, Andrea Harper And Justin Harper fraud puppy scam Winooski, Danby, Dallas Vermont, Texas

I bought a puppy from a woman name Latrice Harper, in winooski VT on livedeal.com. The website said she was a certifed seller. I was going to drive up to VT. to get the puppy and she gave me the address in Vt. It had snowed that day so I decided not to get the puppy. She suggested to get the puppy shipped. So after I sent the money she called me back and gave me a flight number, a time and what airline it would be on.

When I went to the airport to get the puppy it wasnt on the flight. I called her and she said that her husband was the one who was suppose to send the puppy and she was on business, she promise that the puppy would be on the next flight but she never called back to tell me the flight. She new exactlly what to say at all times. I have got the local police involved.

As I started to look I noticed that the website said danby Vt, her address was in winooski VT, and I sent the money to Dallas Texas. I looked her up the internet and there is a Latrice Harper in Dallas Texas. I also found out that there are several other people that have got scammed by her.

She goes by several names. Latrice angelina Harper, Susan White, Angelina Davis.Ibelieve that livedeal could be responsible for her being on there as a certified seller, under several different names. How could she be certified. She was selling Pomeranians, then yorkies. I believe her husbands name is Justin Harper.
